NESTLAY ROOMS VANAGARAM

This place is near srivaari community hall. Decent place to stay. The rooms are okay. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The complimentary breakfast is not worth the mention. It's average at the best. TV and AC are good. Parking becomes an issue if you have too many guests. The reception desk is a wonderful team. They are courteous and helpful. However other services are poor. The northy workers don't understand english or tamil and are difficult to communicate and get work done.

Great place , clean rooms , clean toilet , good breakfast , affordable . Only problem is that we contacted someone else for the booking beforehand around 2 weeks back and he had agreed on certain rates and room booking , when we came here , the person at the counter had zero idea what we were talking about and the room wasn't even booked , thankfully we got the room and there wasn't any further issues.

Manager doesn't know how to handle customer Worst customer handling, creating chaos in the middle of the event and hall was hand overed very late from the last event. Dinning was worst experience.

I have booked room for two days.Its cosiest of hotels ever visited .I am stay here with my mom there is wheel chair service.They have complimentary breakfast for ther guest.They have party hall for wedding, reception,birthday celebration etc.If they can have facilities for dinner and lunch in rooms it would be an good earning for hotel .I suggest a restaurant too owners please think of renovation.I know it is a small area or u can tie up with close up restaurant for your hotel.I am finding difficult in ordering on Swiggy or zomato.In housekeeping u can keep hand towels too in room .Rest service is fine.

One of the worst hotel and worst staffs. They say complimentary breakfast But they don't provide. They say there is shower to take bath but it doesn't work. The manager there don't have courtesy. He should have to create hospitality but he is so very rude. Anyone booking here it's a Better option to choose elsewhere not here.

Unclean rooms , unprofessional staffs over all a very bad experience. Wish there is an option to choose 0 stars .

Not good to stay. 1. Their window lock damage, anyone can enter the room From outside. 2. Ac not working properly 3. No shoes inside the room 4. They Don't provide any toothpaste or paste, also they Don't give shower gel or conditioner. 5. Water all pipe & spray not working. Toilet spray too 6. It's too much they take payment too much but for a toothbrush, paste, even a water bottle you need to buy from the hotel. 7. When you call for anything you need to call them 2/3 times. 8. Even for toilet tissue you need to call them after check in. Looking good from outside but inside totally unprofessional.

Good stay. Service was good. Rooms were neat and clean.
