Nanganallur ARN Pleasant Stay

One of the worst and poor hotel, I stayed in Chennai. You wont get internet in your room. Near by room have some dumb people bought brothel ladies to room and saw some injections outside the room. It is not safe to stay there. It is not Pleasant Stay it is place where dumbs stay. If I told to receptionist he didn't listen to me properly, rude behaviour from him. And found cockroaches and lizards in room. Restroom was not clean.. Better look for other stay. It is not recommended to stay.

Not even worth for 1 star. Staff behavior: Worst and trying to get extra money addition to the online booked amount. Rooms: Very Average. No Parking space for Car Booked AC room in OYO. Went there late night for checkin. The person in the reception demanded to pay additional 200Rs, saying that "You have booked the hotel for lesser price with discount, so you have to pay this additional cost!". After few mins of argument, he allowed us to stay as we gonna stay for 3 to 4hours. We went to the room, the house keeping guy just started cleaning the room (Our actual to be check-in time was 12PM, room wasn't kept ready even after 10hrs!). The receptionist guy too joined for cleaning. And they handoverd the room key to us and left. We entered the room and checked the wardrobe wasn't cleaned. There was snacks and waste items left by the previously stayed people. Since we booked AC room we were looking for the AC remote, but it was not there. We could clearly understand that the reception guy just came to take the remote, for that he pretended like helping for cleaning the room. We again went to the reception and argued with that reception guy. He agreed that he took the AC remote. He said that his owner told to take the remote. After few mins of argument stating that we booked AC room, he gave the remote It is clear their idea was to not provide the room with AC as we booked it with discount. If these people were not able to provide proper why there are in Such business. Providing false information in Oyo as partner. Worst in hospitality will not grow your business. Also a bad impression for the Tamilnadu's hospitality heritage by these kind of people.

I could not give 0 stars. This is one of the worst guest houses in the area. The rooms are not maintained and do not have proper drainage system. Very dirt and service woman cannot do not clean properly. Therefore you will experience a bad filthy smell all the time. Water is a big issue here. You get only for few mins and run out of water. they did not fix it even after complaining. Most importantly, the security is very bad. You cannot leave your belongings in room. They open and service the room without your consent. You can also get mugged just outside this place by drunkards if you arrive late night.

Worst stay ever!!! ZERO Star Don't book this property and waste money. Booked via OYO - This property is in pathetic state, AC was not working, no maintenance, toilet are not clean and full of stains. Smoking smell in the rooms and linens are not washed. Also we were given two room and one room is at 2nd floor and no stairs. Expect a safety issue. No property manager to attend any queries and managed by a domestic help, with careless attitude. Overall looks like this property is been used for different purpose and not suitable for family / kids / decent stay. Pathetic!!!

The experience was most disappointing. Highly unhygienic toilets. There was no reception area, and the people were completely unprofessional and behaved very poorly. Rooms reeked of urine. People choosing this place as your vacation spot will deeply regret spending money here.

Worst place on earth to stay. No proper house keeping. The owner is very rude....The counter staff demanded extra money, even though we booked through OYO. They made me and family wait for 2 hours in d middle of the night go get rooms. Finally OYO and Hotel denied room till we accepted their demand for extra money. Horrible experience...No humanity at all.. These gaints should know that money is not everything.

NOT EXACTLY DISSATISFYING BUT, I REQUEST TO AVPID ONLINE BOOKING THROUGH OYO, OYO DUSPLAY LOWER BOOKING RATE, BUT AFTER ARRIVING TO HOTEL, HOTELIERS DENIES BOARDING , ON THE BOOING PRICE AND DEMANDED TO CANCELL ONLINE BOOKING DND REQUESTED TO PAY RS 1000 TO 1300 BUGS IN CASH...
