Great Stay with Excellent Service! Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and they even extended my room hours without any hassle. The room was spotless, and the AC was just perfect! The bathroom was well-maintained, and the location at the city center made everything super convenient. Would definitely recommend! Worst experience with this hotel. I have booked hotel in redbus and the booking is also conformed and I have asked them for early check in beut they refused for early check in and because of that I have cancelled the booking and now ther is no refund and room for me just got me hardened mony vanished and red buss is telling me that hotel only have to return the money but hotel is telling me that redbus have refund the money but both of them are lying and blaming eachother but at the end of the day I have lost my money.

Only thing is staff at the reception needs to be updated about the services they provide like laundry and breakfast . I came to later from MD himself. Rest evrything was good . House keeping was good Need to give complementary breakfast .

Very average hotel, rooms are average, poor service. They made me wait for 30 mins to check in, poor booking management. Only pro is location. For the price we pay, it's not worth it.
