This review is for the nearby food cart. Lovely homemade grub. The owner invited me to take a room here next time as I had to travel from T.Nahar for a review. He was astounded with 1k rupee tip. Service and human values at it's best. A true gem and a mirror of a person.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my stay along with family at My Residencies from 13/11/2024 to 14/11/2024. Unfortunately, the poor customer service I experienced during my stay fell short of my expectations as being a frequent traveller to the towns and boarding a rooms. Specifically, I encountered: * Over the phone call for the enquired single room with double bed for family quoted price with Rs 2000+GST. Post reaching the destination for check in Lodge Incharge and Manager on the phone call call was arguing as they confirmed 2500+GST *After all arguments and asking for the lodge and hospitality policy there is no rate card, nearest police station numbers on the notice board or i couldn't see their menu card *The person over the phone call by understanding we were not came from own transportation as depending on the cans/auto for reaching their lodge they've telling as their wish for the room rates and not worth for the Rs.2500. *Post arguments and they said if we no need bill they were will be charged only the Rs.2500 *No AC and TV working informing multiple times no proper resolution to the staff the problems persisted, and i felt that my concerns were not taken seriously *Upfront by demand they have taken room rent *Lodge Incharge the person for check out called us multiple times for the reminder as we know and very much aware of the check out timings *Moreover as this lodge still under renovation and they should not rent out before completing their renovation work, was full of dust and stuff *The person was telling he is a Manager to the lodge and telling that rates are updated in online nothing updated as i checked *As in same entrance they have rented for PG and lodging. I don't know how much safety this will be maintained and local authorities they have granted the permission *I hope the positive feedback would have got from their know persons and friends * Knowing the occupants for other state, the attitude I can understand for their rudeness. Need to understand because of the visitors, tourist, pilgrimage you get the business As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Unfortunately, My Residencies failed to meet the expectation. Especially don't know how to behave with the family boarding people and while the people staying with Infants Kindly please be aware of booking this lodge for the short stay or long stay. It's not worth for money no customer oriented resources for the hospitality Rating: 0 Recommendation: I don't recommend on my own experience

I had an awesome experience here. I felt like I was home. I really loved that I could access their terrace. It's located in a busy but beautiful area and their customer service is also great. Also, there are lots of places and restaurants to visit in this area. I'd definitely recommend them again.

Last weekend, I booked a non-AC room at My Residencies due to the unavailability of AC rooms. The rooms were spacious and had a well-set-up TV, which was perfect for watching the IPL match. However, since it was a non-AC room, proper room ventilation was crucial, but I couldn't say it was the best in this aspect. Nevertheless, there were two fans installed, one ceiling fan and another wall-mounted fan. The restroom facilities were acceptable and manageable. The pricing for the non-AC room was 1500 per day P.S. It would be better if toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided

Cost of room Is very high, it's not value for rent they quote.....building under construction....but service is good by staff.....

Room s and services are the major issues of the and they even don't guide properly to us and even when we call to the manger they won't see and then only say will do it later but they can't do properly and even also the service is too bad and of the one of the thing is when will say to clean the bedshit they even don't do anything so I won't recommend to you all foolish residency ambattur I would suggest you all take another residency for the job purpose and normal also pls don't go the my residency ambattur Chennai. Cockroach is also their in the rooms .And guest member is also not usefull and their guest member are saying the fan is also not working and they are saying will kill you.so i would not suggest that you all not go their Pls go to the another resedency pg rooms.
