MP Residency

Located in a main road only. Car parking not available. Rooms are okay. In our room one mattress is soft, and the other is very hard to sleep on. Room service is bad. The beds that they have kept near the wardrobe doors. so we cannot easily access the wardrobe.

The hotel is not fully constructed. 2nd floor is still under construction and hence very dirty and dusty. A/C is externally controlled using main switches, we had request him multiple times to switch it on , in case of power cuts. Bed is stiff. Dirty n small rooms. The commodes and their flush don't seem to work right. Bad experience.

Very bad experience and literally small room no space to even walk a step in the room very poor and unhygienic for this price

Not worth the price. Check the photos. We took three rooms last week during our Chennai visit and had a nightmarish experience at this hotel. Two rooms (101, 103) were okish but Room 105 is so small with hardly any walking space. Not at all worth the price we paid but as we couldn't find any accommodation in that Thirumullaivayal area on that date, we had to go for it. DO CHECK THE PHOTOS and then book the hotel next time. - Bathroom glass panel was broken & totally open. Someone standing in the Opposite building's balcony can see through. - Too many mosquitos... found cockroaches roaming too - For an AC room, just got a thin /old hospital type blanket... not at all sufficient - Room tiles were severely damaged and were left without any repairs - Wash basin was fitted inside a cupboard like structure so we need to bend inside to use it. Any water spilling out from it will land directly on the Bed - No hot water available in the evening. Even the cold water tap was clogged and was merely leaking - Shower cap fell down when we tried to use it - No parking facility at this hotel so dont come in a car (its on a busy congested main road) - You wont even get towel or a tiny soap unless you to go to the Reception & bug them

Should have definitely improve their hygiene part as the water is not draining in the sink, it flowed till the living area and the much bigger complaint goes to the mosquitos, we couldn't have peaceful sleep because of that. @hotelmanagement pls try to resolve the above two major issues

The Receptionist Arun is so friendly, the room is very good AC and clean room was given i would really suggest to anyone to choose this room for stay, if they maintain same motto for the upcoming
