I am coming to this hotel from Jan'24 and might have already made more then 12 check ins. Today one of my colleague also check out and morning staff asked to pay for water bottle despite of getting the rooms booked with MMT that too with high prices. Now at 10 PM I am checking out and staff asking for payment of 2 water bottles. It's not about payment it's about winning customer and ensuring that customer come to this property again and again. For sure I am not going to check in here again. WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Room toilet is stinky, I stayed for 5 days, when requested changing linen, they reused same bedsheet, towel not provided. Sampoo given is very cheap, Bathroom mat is so dark and soil. I have to put paper over bathroom mat to avoid it.

Do not pay in advance, they scammed us. When we arrived there, we were told they had no booking and no rooms available. Additionally, the location is terrible, airplanes fly directly over the building, and there is a slum right next to the hotel.

Not recommended. You can find a better place for this rate. Very costly and not at all worth the money. The service is worst, the facilities are not good. The people there are not kind. The car parking is very congested.

Stayed for a day and night good service and nice room. Had a comfortable stay.

Decent, well maintained, quiet and clean place. Breakfast options are limited but ok. Location is good, somewhat equidistant from airport and city center. Good for basic stay, but don't expect any additional services.

Finds good, rooms are clean & calm place. Suggestions..Breakfast is okay but can do better. idly can keep in hot box not open. Sambar is tasteless with unusual veg ...some dedication is required while serving food.

It's a "appartment-hotel". Pros: Very professional behaviour. Excellent hospitality from working staff, reception etc. Complementary breakfast. Neat and clean rooms. Local market few hundred meters. Can take snacks, food outside as well. Cons: Saw few people taking liqour. Mostly in the space outside their room. But noticeable. If comming with family this aspects also should be taken into consideration.
