MIOT GRANDE

Hotel name is now Mount Grande . This is excellent hotel very near to Featger's a Radha Hotel and Miot Hospital. In a less busy , less noisy road 2 minutes walking , off Poonamallee road . Location is very good . Very comfortable room with all required amenities. Car parking is in, good elevator , good working breakfast, room service food for lunch , dinner and snacking . Nice air conditioning, clean and good toilet . All staff are very customer caring and prompt to serve . We had a lovely stay of 4 nights in Mount Grande , Chennai .

If you're booking this hotel with complimentary breakfast & dinner then pls don't go for this as food wise whatever they provide is not good. Morning breakfast is having very limited items & for complimentary dinner they provided chilly chicken which looked like a onion pakoda. Roomwise it was neat and clean.

Just last night posted a good review and I stand by all I mentioned. Last night I spoke to the reception and checked for any additional charges, was informed none pending. However, this morning, after waiting at reception for an order to be delivered, just after my Uber arrived, the reception staff, whom I had personally checked with last night, said I owed some additional charges. Since he admitted it was an oversight on his part, My roommate and I paid but are unhappy about this kind of irresponsible and unprofessional behavior on his part. Rest of the staff, including kitchen, bell boys, etc. were most well-behaved, though.

Good, clean and very conveniently located hotel, very close to nearby IT parks and all utility stores and restaurants. Staff is very friendly, I ordered dinner once and it was very close to home cooked food, less oily and tasty. Good stay for business as well as family travellers. Few small things need improvement which I have communicated to the management.

Rooms were okay. It was clean and all. Good for a short stay. They have buffet in the morning and restaurant type thing in the evening. The food was also not bad. Water was also clean. Worth the money.

Staff is very cooperative, hotel is very accessible, near feather hotel , breakfast is not ready at 7:30 a.m. it's the big concern, when we request foof chief is very aurogunt... He says no no... Rooms are very clean,

Ideal for short stay. Well built rooms. Breakfast buffet was good. Maintenance was okay. Wish they had a bit more better service.

I would definitely suggest this one for business folks who are visiting chennai. The linens were clean and the rooms were pristine. The hotel staffs were professional, polite and helpful. The breakfast was the only thing where they have room for improvement. It would be great if we had continental or indian breakfast buffet. Apart from that everything was near perfect. Will definitely suggest folks to check it out if you are visiting chennai!
