Metro Grand Hotel

Good hotel near Koyembedu Metro station.. There is no restaurant inside and near by good restaurant mini 1km away, but they are allowing Swiggy and zomato. Reasonable rate with all facilities.

Rooms condition is pathetic, you can see running around everywhere in room. They have not maintained the property at all.

My stay at Metro Grand Hotel was decent. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though nothing exceptional, and the service was satisfactory. Good for a short stay if you're looking for basic accommodations.

Hotel location wise 1km away from Koyambedu bus stand but we felt like more maintenance needed for the hotel.

I recently stayed in the suite room at this hotel for three days, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was not only comfortable but also perfect for hosting clients. Despite the staff being relatively new, they were hardworking and attentive. I want to emphasize the importance of ignoring old reviews, as the hotel's quality has greatly improved with the fresh and dedicated team. One standout feature is the hotel's 24-hour accessibility, providing flexibility for guests. Moreover, you have the option to order food from Swiggy and Zomato, adding an extra layer of convenience to your stay. Despite initial concerns from outdated negative reviews, I checked the latest feedback, and it accurately reflects the current reality of the hotel. Considering the value you get for the price you pay, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a reliable and comfortable choice, especially for those who need a place for both leisure and business.

Worst hotel ever experienced in my whole life. Not worth the price. Rooms are not clean and there is no one to clean the rooms. The hotel smells more like a hospital. You have to carry your own baggages from vehicle to room. When we stayed the life didn't work also. So our family members only brought all the baggages from top to ground floor. Not a friendly receptionist. Smells weird around rooms. The workers wont even help you. So please book another hotel if you would like to have a great experience. Worst ever hotel. please dont waste your money.

Old Room. The bathroom door was not working. The AC control system is also not well. But Family friendly.

Horrible doesn't even start to cover the facility, staff, hospitality in this hotel. Regret booking rooms here. I blocked 3 rooms for my guests and it is pure embarrassment with the way they were treated. AC doesn't work, no hot water, no room service and the attitude of the staff is appalling. Pictures in Google need to be updated. The current state of the hotel is pathetic. We are currently staying here and can't wait to vacate
