A comfortable stay and excellent location. Just I read the past reviews. Your satisfaction depend whether your expectations met or not. This is reasonably good and safe place to stay in a calm area. For your food you can order on Swiggy. Owners should be strict on certain issues and facility. They have regular visitors opt to stay there. If you have bad experience, tell the owner to correct it. Some facility cannot be changed for every visitor. I believe this is a good price and in a clean and calm area out of city noice Near by park is there, you can relax. If You are a humble and understanding personality , you will be visiting again. .

This is not my review, this is my uncle's review. 1. If u call the owner before doing online booking for the confirmation, he will ask u to book offine from the hotel, by saying that no rooms are available online, Even it is showing in the app. And for this i also have call recording proof. 2. Rooms was filled with mosquitoes, and in this rainy season no-body wants to get dengue. 3. Very far from the main railway stations like, perambur, chennai central and egmore.

The owner of this house have some anger issue, please stay here at your own risk. Now the manager will give reply of this review that "this is a false review to soil our name", or "this person not stayed in our hotel", first thing is, we are free to write whatever we felt after staying at this hotel, so that others can read and decide whether he/she want to stay here or not, and second its not compulsoury to write review from a specific account, we can any account to write the review.

Overpriced single room. Public transport at least one km away. In the outskirts of Chennai or to be precise in Greater Chennai near Tambaram. To reach Marina beach by auto will cost Rs 400 and takes about 60 minutes or 25 kms. My experience for staying three nights were quite unsatisfactory. The bed sheet and the bed cover had female hair from previous occupant. I bought my own bed sheet luckily. Location very far from any public transport. Food shops also very far and long walk. Moreover be prepared to donate your blood to mosquitos. Even the walls in the room i stayed had few blood stains from smashed mosquitos. The shower does not have hot water in it. But you can use the bucket and collect hot water from the geyser and use a mug to use hot and cold mixed water by pouring it on yourself. The staircase to the rooms are very steep and does not have handrail. So do not bring anything other than light suitcase or backpack. You have the risk of breaking bones in case you have an unfortunate fall. There is a washing machine but you have to let the owner's house helper to use it and the clothes were washed all together with everyone. The kitchen is dilapidated and did not have any cutlery or utensils. The kichen sink was very mouldy. I see that the owner is trying to claim that I have given false information. I try to provide as much details so that it helps others. Personally I read the reviews before selecting a place. Now I will leave it to the readers to find out for themselves and decide if I am telling the truth or not.

I am from Russia, stayed in this beautiful place. I liked everything very much: an open roof where you can do yoga, hospitable hosts, a convenient and quiet area - next to a cool inexpensive vegetarian restaurant, ATMs, a large hypermarket where you can find everything from food to Ayurveda, a cool fruit and vegetable market and at 7.5 km airport without traffic jams on the highway. On the day of arrival, the owner went with me and showed all these places in the area within walking distance

The stay here was very convenient and The host Rajan sir was very kind and he provided the best hospitality here.There are few marriage halls located close by so it is ideal for making more people stay here. The rooms are clean and every bathroom has a hot water facility. I would recommend this place if you want an affordable and pleasant stay

The Room is spacious but after staying there I got I'll maybe infected .. There is no facility for any food shop ,its 2 kms you have to go for tea,food ,medicals,ATM etc..Water available there,hot water available no regrets to the owner but the location is not prime.. For the location the price is too high, its a home ..
