I stayed a day there on 21st august 2024 with my parents for joining in TCS.Very worst customer service if we ask for soap shampoo and wifi password wantedly only they provide in very delay the laterine seater was broken on my room and there no high quality fan is there and also there is low voltage current only so fan AC everying turned off at midnight .waste of money I also intimated these issues to the staff he said it will be like that only but before staying itself got money of 3100 from us.

I would definately give it a thumbs up for the staff. One of the most soft spoken and polite staff I have come across. The breakfast is brilliant and they get it to your room. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms. The only reason I would give a 4 Star and not a 5 was that I was not able to get any of the ACs to increase the temperature. So when it got too cold, I had to get up and switch it off. Keeping that aside, it was great. The place had safe parking for my vehicle as well.

One of the best place to take room in these area and they were treating the customers very well. Satisfied to stay here without any negative. Mainly the way they are treating the customers is exceptional. Rooms are very clean and good. There is no check in and check out timing issue. Happily reviewed with 5 star.

Have stayed here before. It's a very clean and hygienic place. The staff are courteous. Breakfast is limited. But a very decent place to stay. There is one thing I just felt is the food choice is very limited and there should be a rate card so to know how much is a guest charged for what he has ordered. Overall it's a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

Rooms are big clean and very good with ac fridge oven and free wifi with tv.. Room service very good.. Very safe and secure..Best place to accommodate at omr chennai.. Very near to St Joseph jeppiar college and satyabama university..

Worth for the price. Stayed in 3 bed room with attached living space. Each had seperate AC. Working TV with 5.1, individual geyser on washroom, fridge, microwave oven, kettle. Downside : living room is just 10X10 with only 2 seater sofa. No additional chairs will be provided. No water bottle, shampoo, soap, towel stuffs... We need to buy... There wont even be can water at night. 2L water bottle with average breakfast will be provided. Rooms looked as in Gmaps. OMG... Just noticed have mentioned worst instead of worth... Apologies Max apartment...

I had stayed with my whole family with kids there for few weeks and they were very helpful from the time of booking till we checked out. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service people helped us to get even the breakfast early than their normal time so our kids can go school early.
