Not at all suitable for family. Very untidy. It's an oyo hotel for married and unmarried and all the beds and blankets are marked with stains. Also it is not on a main road and is very unsafe.

I booked an AC room. The room was very neat and good. But, the tariff is too costly. But each receptionist gives us different info about the checkout timings. Not sure if they are aware of their hotels' checkin-checkout duration. Usually hotels would have either '12 p.m check-in to 11 a.m check-out', or else '24 hours checkin'. But this hotel is quite strange in this regard. If a guest checkin before 12 p.m, they allow '24 hours check-in'. But if the guest check-in after 12 p.m (let's say 8 p.m), then they allow only check-out until 12 p.m next day.

No geyser - if you need hot water for bath, the room boy helps you in the morning. (first in first out list) Poor parking facility. Owner tries to interfere to much with parking. Need to move the vehicle multiple times, just to ensure others can park or road isn't blocked. The parking ramp is so steep, small vehicles with low ground clearance cannot park the vehicle. This is never understood by owner, manager, or anybody at hotel. They just question? if you plan to work from the hotel, poor reception for Airtel, Vodafone, Jio - tried all 5G connections. (I never used the hotel Wi-Fi for security reasons) Iron/Ironing Board - listed as part of amenities, but not available. if you need hot water drinking, the reception has common kettle. Again, dependency and creating ruckus. No lift - luckily, I got ground floor room. Thanks for people at the hotel to consider elderly people staying together. Cleanliness is okay, but I won't recommend for my wife or daughter.

Rooms are small but very neat. Rooms are a bit costly. Ac was not working. Service was good. Parking car is very difficult. No parking area

Red Alert: Worst hotel experience in my life. Booked a room with full payment for my family guests and hotel confirmed the booking via MMT. While my guests were about to check in, they were denied room at last moment. We were toldt o our surprise that all rooms are full, whil we had legitimate booking. Most Importantly the front desk Manager at night was abusive and rude to me and my guests and dared us to complaint to MMT. Strongly suggest MMT to delist these unprofessional hotels

Today I have stayed in maruthi hotel ,it ts located near gst road Tambaram sanitorium and railway station . Rate is in normal for staying, Staff and reception persons are very friendly to guest.If i come to Chennai i will stay in this hotel only .
