MARINA PALACE

Very nice place to stay. When I stayed there the hotel management doesn't allow any other outside person to stay with you even if he is your friend just normal visit actually that's one of the good thing for someone who is staying with their family ( privacy). So if your planing to stay as an batchelor they will ask you lot of questions and don't be upset actually that's their routine.i will definitely suggest you to stay there for holidays visit or business visit the beach is just 700 meters.

Very bad and disappointing experience. Bad rooms, not hygienic at all. Rooms smells disgusting. The photo and room is totally different. Extremely bad staff and very unprofessional behaviour. I highly suggest not to stay if you are looking for someplace to stay. I personally wasn't able to sleep whole night.

2star only for rooms and I will give you only 1 star in review. Very rude employees and managers and OWNER. Checkout time is 11:30 and in online it was mentioned as 12pm. We checkout @ 12:20 little delay. Due to 20 mins delay they were arguing that checkout out time is 11 am and asking extra 1 day charge. Even though we check-in early before 6 hrs and paid extra 600 for early checkin. But for 20 mins delay that want us to pay 1day charge which is 1400 rs. Very very worst service and rude employees. Don't prefer this hotel. Also in previous day one of their employee told if delay maximum 1 hour means you pay some extra amount alone but when checkout they told to pay full day amount by owner .Mainly there is a owner of that building very very rude. Thank you for worst experience. I booked room for my parents they treated very worst and my parents atlast they taken the things from the room and packed in reception area due to avoid that 1 day charge. Also I need to mention that many room are in vacant. If any one is waiting for our room means there is a logic. But most of the rooms are vacant. So for that 20mins delay thay charges 1day payment extray. All are fake reviews. If you what to develop your business then treat your customer very well.

The Room was really wonderful for this price 1700 Deluxe Double AC. I HAVE stayed 2-3days Daily Room cleaning available and Room service boys are very helpfull. Thank you MARINA PALACE team

Absolutely disgusting experience! The room smelled like a sewer, nothing like the photos online. The staff? Rude and completely unprofessional. If you're thinking about staying here, don't! This place is a nightmare, and the management clearly doesn't care about their guests.

Worst hotel. Please, guys, don't look at the photo and be happy. I went and came out within a minute from this place. Smell very bad and not safe

Wonderful Hotel to stay with ur family on vacation.I saw this Hotel review some person make a wrong review because of the management don't give a offer Rent .The Rent was okay to comper with other Hotel also. I stayed for 5days really Good Hotel MARINA PALACE

The worst experience I've ever had in Chennai, especially with the receptionist. He was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. The hotel rooms were just average
