Maple Tree Hotels

I recently stayed here and had an average experience overall. The biggest downside for me was that outside food isn't allowed, which was quite inconvenient. The stay itself was decent, but definitely overpriced for the quality of service provided. Rooms are descent but not worth the money. Breakfast complimentary was provided but not great. I'd only recommend this place if you don't mind spending a lot on something that doesn't really offer value for money. Location is the only advantage.

Birthday Party Disaster: AC Failure and Inadequate Replacement A hall(Red maple) with air conditioning (AC) was booked for my son's birthday party, but the AC failed to work on the special day. Despite the importance of the event, no alternative cooling arrangement was made, and only a single jumbo fan was provided as a substitute. The outcome was disastrous: the entire event was severely impacted, and worst of all, my son was left in tears throughout the party due to the sweltering heat and the photos served as a painful reminder, capturing the sweat-drenched faces of us and our guests. Great food, poor ambiance: The delicious spread was overshadowed by the uncomfortable and hot environment. First time writing a negative review, I'm not one to complain, but this incident was a major disappointment for me and entire guest.

Terrible Experience at Mapple Tree - Never Again! I don't usually write reviews, but my stay at Mapple Tree was so disappointing that I have to warn others. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was dirty when we checked in--dust everywhere, stained bedsheets, and a bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. There was a weird damp smell throughout the room. Tried reaching out to the staff for help, but they were either unavailable or flat-out rude. Zero hospitality. The so-called "complimentary breakfast" was cold, stale, and barely edible. I booked this place thinking it would live up to the brand name, but Mapple Tree is nothing but a big letdown. Not worth the money, not worth the stress. Avoid at all costs. Wish I could give zero stars.

The views from my room were absolutely stunning! Watching the sunset over the city from the balcony was a highlight of my stay. It really made the experience feel special

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect--close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night.

Maple tree offers a clean , nice hall and excellent delicious food . However, the Air Conditioning in the hall was inadequate and needs improvement. Mosquitos menace inside the hall which causes inconvenience and inadequate parking issues to be addressed by Management .

Location is good but room and toilet no proper cleaning..this must be improved. Simple breakfast available not worth Rs 300 Overall it's a normal stay not three start hotel

The rooms was not that clean but good. Nice view to the city. Good service and helpful. In addition the food is so tasty. It's safe there for both kids and women.
