Pleasant stay with home feeling|s. A pretty good hotel with good amenities. The restaurant provides good food and there is also complimentary breakfast. Location is also good as it's near Chennai international airport. They also provided a free drop to airport.

This property is located near the airport and has a good location. The staff is helpful and responsive. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathrooms need maintenance. The breakfast is too good, the food quality simply superb. The property offers chargeable airport drop facility. Overall, it is a decent budget property for short and long stays near the airport.

If you are looking for a hotel to stay within the area you should look for a better one. The rooms and washrooms are dirty with no proper cleaning done. The bed linen also looks like it's not changed after a guest leaves with stain marks and pillows look dirty, Because of probably the bar or smoking area allowed to people the lobby smells of smoke. All these things need to be seriously looked at if they want to attract quality customers especially families. Till then it's one to avoid. The pictures will tell you enough.

Went to Bar. Food not good. Ordered a pomegranate juice with specific instructions that I need only pure juice without milk and sugar... Even offered double the price or half the regular qty. But the juice came with milk very little fruit juice. Didn't drink more than a sip. Service... They didn't even ask me why I didn't drink it.. never the less they billed me for the drink. I will not recommend to even my enemy

Worst Service. I had booked a room in Mahalaya Residwncy using Brevistay website . I had booked a 3 hour slot from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and received confirmation for the same. On contacting the property, the manager said that they have stopped taking bookings from brevistay and they won't be able to honour my booking. Why does the hotel feature on the brevistay website if you are not going to accept bookings via the said website? They have already accepted my booking, i have the booking ID and confirmation and now they say they will not honour my booking
