Madras Regency

The staff at the reception was not professional and had an attitude that was not fit for someone sitting at the reception. They turned off the AC when we paid for an AC room because they said there were too many people in the room(we paid 500/head for the extra people). Would not recommend this place. They need to do better if they want longevity in the hotel industry.

I must recommend this place for your stay. I was scared to do online booking of this hotel, referring negative comments and reviews. But after the 3 night stay here, i can recommend this hotel Thank you

Very clean and comfortable rooms.good hospitality by the staffs.safe and ideal for family.breakfast was excellent. good location and many restaurants are closer. Thank you Madras Regency for the best Services

Very poor service. Looks like someone purchased and let it run by non qualified people. No service orientation. Room size is big but not managed at all. They don't bother to clean room properly. You can found cockraoch in the room Bathrooms are dirty, tap continuously leak and broken. Bedsheets are dirty and torn. Even after changing torn and dirty bedsheets provided. The only and only plus point room size(205) and location of hotel. You need to find your ways find the entrance gate of hotel . They don't even bother to welcome the guests. Lastly breakfast served is fairly good but service is issue they can't provide bowl for meal, plates are kept wet you have to wipe your own.

One of the worst hotel near Koyambedu bus terminal. 1. Poor hospitality by receptionist. 2. Shabby dress code 4. Lift switches are not working. 5. Intercom not working and very poor service to check and replace after several reminders. 6. Bed linen is bad, bed mattresses sinking-in. 7. No bathing linen. 8. Bathroom faucet broken, showers are leaking and old. 9. Room cleaning is very bad. 10. No room service. And no chilled water or tea, coffee is served. 11. They don't have enough crockery for the guests to offer. If anyone is planning to stay, my best wishes to them.

A nice business hotel located at a very central point , and indeed very nice breakfast they serve and management and staff is very co-operative

very worst service. Came to stay at morning 4.30 at that time rooms was not available the reception person told us to come at 8. But when we came back they didn't respond properly and asked us to come at 12 with uncared voice
