I stayed at your hotel in the month of September. One day during my stay, a male guest mistakenly came to my room, thinking it was his own. A few days later, the same person contacted me on LinkedIn. It is clear that he was able to find out my name through hotel records. This raises a serious concern about the privacy and confidentiality of guest information at your hotel. Is there no policy in place to protect customer details? This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable

Good cleans rooms. Hotel staffs are also very cooperative. Just 300 metres away from Apollo Main Hospital. Best place to stay specially for Apollo patients. Plus, they have their own pharmacy so one can give the prescription to the receptionist and they will arrange the medicines at 15% discount.

I stayed at Maa Residency 10 days for treatment purpose . The location of the same is very convenient for Apollo main and Apollo women's hospital. Rooms are very clean and cleaning service is also disciplined and regular. It's my advice that the lift entry point must be kept clean and tidy as well as stair case path to roof of the building . This residency is very convenient for patient due to well maintained hygiene.

This is my second review. I had complained regarding water issue in the toilet. Immediately the owner called my mobile and resolved the issue. This is the service everyone need. Many many thanks to the owner.

Service is poor. They r not helping in nature. Near to Appolo hospital's heart centre. Apollo is now like flipkart where some seller doctors seat to sell their high value surgery packages to empty your pocket.

Good new clean rooms with cordial staffs... if staying for long period, it is best and affordable prices... rooms are 9x10 ft without kitchen...
