Neat and clean rooms. Good location. Do not book rooms with breakfast. It is very bad and has no variety. Served in a tray at the rooms. Not a buffet.

Worst experience with the refund process. Its been four months since I cancelled the room still they have not done the refund. In spite of multiple calls and mails nobody from the team has responded properly. POOR MANAGERS. POOR RESPONSE. ||PLEASE DONT PAY IN ADVANCE. They will not bother about the refund amount, if you cancel the room.

Please don't fall for the positive reviews that you see. Their customer service and experience is pathetic and lethargic. I would give a minus five star rating if there is any for this hotel customer service. I visited with my family late night. Front desk person is least bothered to answer my simple questions of the complimentary breakfast charges which indeed I asked in gentle manner. Secondly the AC did not work in my mom's room. I had to go inform in front desk. They never assisted me in any sort of ways. They wanted me to come and give the old room key card to front desk. Ideally they should be giving a hassle free experience but that did not happen. I highly recommend don't visit this place else you would regret for sure which I did now after pay 8000 for two rooms. The aesthetics will be eye catching for you from outside but instead I can guarantee you that nobody is bothered about your experience.

The hotel was 455 km away from madurai.The hotel was near in seaside. The rooms are looking great.

Rooms are spacious. There were cockroaches in the room. Bedsheets are very old. They are giving fixed breakfast in room. So whatever they are giving you have to eat that only or order for extra charges. No tea or coffee was provided in breakfast instead they give a fruit juice which was tasteless. Stay is of no worth for the price they are charging. Don't know why it's rating is more than 4.

M Stays Chennai was truly wonderful! The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The amenities, including the breakfast and common areas, exceeded my expectations. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend M Stays for anyone visiting Chennai!
