Hotel is good but cost of per day rooms charge are high ie. 2.5K and even there is no complimentary breakfast still they are charging 2.5k... Near by restaurants like Sangeeta is available but its quite costly.. then another hotel named Anandiparalam ( forgot exact name) just 50 meters from hotel which is better in price with gud quality.. I refer this hotel to have gud food

Extremely disappointing experience. The rooms were poorly maintained, dirty, and showed a complete lack of hygiene. The mattresses used were not comfortable. There is a cockroach infestation, mushrooms growing in the room, and the rooms were not cleaned prior to us arriving. The overall condition was horrible. Would not recommend.

Very good hotel for family. Rate only too costly.. triple bed 3k something..

A very good option for those who visit Kilambakkam or nearby places. Polite and cooperative staff. Lighting inside the rooms can be better.

They are charging bite high amount of Rs.2,200, however the rooms and service are good.

Exceptional Stay with Memorable Hospitality . The hotel is conveniently located oppo to Kilambakkam Bus Terminus . From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend MC Residency to anyone visiting.

This place is beyond Kilaambakkam new bus stand when you travel from Chennai city.|Bulk booking was done by a school friend for 15 rooms for his son' wedding, the venue for which was a couple of kms away on the same GST Road.||Do not expect a big reception or uniformed staff. But the front office and house keeping staff were polite.||The room it self was adequately sized with good working a/c.|They provided toilet kits for both of us.|The linen was clean and so the toilet too.||Again , do not expect a modern partitioned bathroom but just a clean one.|They do not have a restaurant but you can order your food and they get it for you from the nearby restaurants.||I only wonder who will be their clientele in that location.||May be business visitors to any nearby industries!||Sorry... forgot to click specific photos of the property as was engrossed with a bunch of school friends who are friends for around 60 years.||Ganesh J|Mumbai
