Very bad experience the service team is ok but many bed bugs are in the room. For long time don't choose these lodge. Because i stayed here for 6 month due to office work

NICE ROOMS, QUITE & CLEAN, BUDGET FRIENDLY, GOOD SERVICES

Informed in the reception we would be checking out next day and because of not waking up on time, we checked out 2hrs delay. Had to check out at 6.50am but checked out at 9am. I agree mistake on our side. They charged the full day amount. We were okay to pay half day amount too but they were not listening to any of our requests. They also didn't call on the landline phone for informing about the checkout. Could be a bit lenient on early morning scenarios.

worst staff...service too bad...better avoided

Our experience at this location was enjoyable. The staff exhibited excellent politeness, and the tariff appeared reasonable. Additionally, the hotel's advantageous proximity to Ambattur Estate Bus Station and Pattarvakkom Railway Station is just 2 km far, is noteworthy.

I am really satisfied with the service they provide . The staffs where really nice and the receptionist were so nice to us .. i went there with my family . Stayed there for two days in an AC room for a reasonable price . The receptionist was a malayali guy he was so welcoming. Rooms were so nice and clean , bathroom was also clean . My only issue was, there was a unpleasant smell in bathroom due to burning of waste in outside. Other than that i am very satisfied. There is a good vegetarian restaurant right next to this place . If any one is looking for stay in this area this is a good choice for this price .
