Low budget Home Stay

The worst every stay I have ever had. Unprofessional receptionist I have booked my stay through Agoda and the hotel has my name and details and I have booked on a deal which came to me. I have called them multiple times but no response. I reached the so called Lodge and they told me that the hotel which I have booked is not available for the price i booked online. And I had to pay 1000 in excess to stay for 8 hours. Not only me all the customers had to face the same issue. They gave one towel for 2 guest stayed. Asking for another one they said that they would provide one for how many every guest they stay. Room are unclean AC was making wired noise Called the owner for informing the details where he started saying the costing incurred for running the business. "The worst" hotel experience. There there is a option to give a negative star rating I would rate it was -5/-5

As it is an unplanned trip I landed in Chennai and I'm searching for rooms near to Chennai Central and found this. As it is spot booking AC rooms are not available so I went with non-Ac rooms. They charged me 700/rs for one day. Even though rooms are not AC but the rooms were not too hot. They are neat and clean. I liked the staff and their services. We don't have complimentary breakfast or lunch.. For food we should go out or you can ask service boy to bring them. Staff were kind. It's better to take your soaps but if you dont you can ask them they will give you. If you need cool water to drink then you need to buy outside. Tip: Cost is little high but the issue is we can book a room in someapps but the issue is early check-in. If we are checking in before 12pm they are considering it as extra day so even we book in apps we have to pay extra. If you are going to check-in after 12.pm it's better you book in apps so that you will get some nice discounts. Overall 3/5 Service -4.5/5 Ambience - 4/5 Transportation - we have number of autoes if we step out. Rooms - 4/5 Water - hot water is available It's better if you carry your own betsheets. PS - I'm not aware of AC rooms. The room which I was there was neat and good.

Horrible experience not even worth single star. Pls dont even consider this hotel.. And also OYO. I have been charged nearly 50% of the online paid amount by the rude hotel staff stating that there is technical problem with OYO and not paying the extra amount, the room will be denied. Even though they had the booking details no intimation was made to me regarding room rent as they waited till tge last hour when we had no choice left than paying the extra amount. The room condition is also very bad that i had checked out in one day even paid for two days. The service of OYO is also very worst as didnt get any response for this issue. The staffs at the hotel are very rude stating that they act on the instructions of the owner of the hotel 29391 AGP home stay , purasaivakam. I would say there are so many good hotels to be considered than this.

Very bad property Iam booking in oyo and paid amount in online, then i reach their he took Rs:-500/- more. Her aminities are fakes * So much times power failure * TV not working * No bedsheets * Pillow & Mattresses are very bad. And also so much of mosquitoes. If any one book a room in this property, definetly buy or keep bedsheet & mosquito killing items.

A decent and a well behaved and experienced staff.Many eateries are around, a kind of centrally located with good connectivity.

No hot water old room hard bed room ok for short periods

Worst receptionist.And very bad service. They don't know to respect customer Don't ever visit this place
