Liza Regency - Hotel & Restaurant

I ordered bbq from this restaurant and I received a stale chicken which was not edible. Please be aware of the old chicken and confront them right away. And as a request to the management please look into this issue..so that no people is harmed by old meat. Thank you.

I recently stayed at liza Regency and had a wonderful experience , room was clean and comfortable, location was perfect, amenities were excellent. The staff and Reception staff was friendly/helpful/responsive], which really added to the positive experience Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking . I would definitely consider staying here again.

So I did dining for lunch which was good experience. Again went for dinner and found so many cockroachs and mosquitoes in an AC Restaurant also the glass was smelling bad. When I found cockroaches coming towards my plate i left my food in between. I did not expect such pest control by such a highly priced Restaurant. Need to fix this please....

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and found it v good value! Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate our big meal of the day at their restaurant - unfortunately it wasnt open for breakfast.

We booked 2 standard rooms on an emergency through goibio by mistake we didn't add the guest details and after booking when we called up the hotel for adding guest details they said it's not possible and added 500 rs extra per person though standard room accomadates 2 person we paid 500 extra for 2nd person in each room unnecessarily. Very unprofessional and not ethical behaviour. Even for 1 to 2 hrs early check in they charged 500 rs more . Even goibio website cheated up where they hav provision to add guest details but upon clicking on it it went to server error. The hotel used every opportunity to loot money from customer. Please think twice before booking in this hotel. There are many hotels available in that area for cheaper price and hygienic.

Just for the night stay , I received everything that I asked for , so service was good . Rooms are clean but the bathroom was not as luxurious as the room was. Need more maintenance. Great value for money to stay 1 night .

Our stay at the hotel was good, the room provided was good. I just felt city noise from the windows but it was manageable.

The food was so good and the taste was absolutely delicious. I tried combos of the parotta and mutton biryani and Chicken noodles and the taste was so good and the staff was so nice and humble.
