We are family of 4 with 2 twin boys 4 year old. We were taken care in all aspects. The food was good. The staff right from reception to food service was just so supportive and caring. Special mention to Lakshmi mam who was just at your service and helped us in every way possible. The food was also good courtesy chef Suman. We loved our stay and recommend this to all.

Five-Star Experience at Lemon Tree Hotel, Guindy! I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel in Guindy with my life partner, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, we felt safe and secure--something that really matters when traveling as a couple. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing dip. The reception staff, especially the girls, were very welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Mr. Mohan at the front office--his warm and friendly attitude made us feel right at home. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct I have experienced from the HR and Front Office teams at Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai. I have been consistently sending emails to the HR department requesting my PF number. Despite multiple follow-ups and repeated emails, I have not received any proper response. Every time I follow up, I am told to send an email -- which I have already done several times, including my latest attempt on Wednesday. There is no acknowledgment or resolution from their side. Additionally, I have tried reaching out to HR via phone by calling the hotel and requesting the Front Office team to connect me. Unfortunately, the front office staff have either not answered my calls or have hung up on me. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and disappointing. This experience reflects poorly on the hospitality standards expected from a reputed hotel brand like Lemon Tree. It is very concerning that such essential matters are handled with such negligence and lack of responsibility. I strongly urge the management to take this feedback seriously and ensure that both HR and Front Office staff are held accountable and trained to respond promptly and respectfully. I hope this matter will now be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest.

Weeks back I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel, here is my sincere feedback about this property 1. Rooms and Rest Rooms: Rooms were tight neatly painted 2. Location is great: Near Anna Salai and Adyar 3. A room for Rs 7500 + 12% GST = Rs 7280/- 4. At least 15 years old amenities and interiors which you find at a 3000/- Rs Hotel 5. Rusted feel at the Bathrooms which might be of 10 sq feet space 6. Terrible cost cutting by the hotel management where they placed a body cum hair shampoo / which was terrible - ensure to carry a clinic plus or a good shampoo for better use, my hair felt sticky after using this shampoo management 7. Another shabby cost cutting by the management - they have reduced even towel size to save cost , I've never seen a towel.of this size in any of a star category hotel 8. Terrible Customer Service:I ordered a tea (cost was Rs 297/- including GST) the staff were not courteous enough to serve the cookies in a plate, instead they have put inside the sugar bottle and served me, this is unacceptable and shabby 9. Food taste: 5/10 10. Conclusion: I don't want to comment that Lemon Tree is a bad hotel, but for a price of Rs 6500+12% = Rs 7280/- strongly don't recommend to anyone! If you don't find any hotel nearby then you can choose this property 11. Later I checked the internet, it showed Rs 15000/- some days - better choose a Rs 2000/- property or a service appartment near by, you ll find a better service! Chaotic costing just for a brand !

This was my second visit to Lemon Tree Hotel, Guindy with my spouse, and once again, it was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained--just like we remembered from our first stay.||||A heartfelt thanks to the room service team for their prompt and efficient service. Good location. Clean rooms. Good service. Friendly staff at Restaurants. The fly in ointment is car parking. Parking is tight. For 60 plus rooms they have parking for just 15 to 20 cars at max. If you reach the hotel beyond 10 or 11pm, it's tough to find good spot.

This is 3rd time staying this hotel, very good staff and excellent service clean room front office team very cooperative overall I enjoyed the stay and thank you so much lemon tree especially there giving life to physically challenged people. Special thanks to Divya and Anisha quick check in.
