Worst experience from this stay as they cancelled room while booking through Agoda app and saying about the cancellation at last moment where it made us to degrade our plans. Also no proper response from people there where they are saying no rooms and saying to plan somewhere.disappointed a lot

Ok so this is basically apartment turned into a hotel. The food available is from a nearby hotel joint in the same building. Tbh I really liked the service as the manager Sunil was pretty good but over-all this place have sub normal standard to the amount i paid. I needed to stay near VGP golden so chose this. The location is good as it's very near VGP golden beach. Solo women should avoid, the place is awfully alone, quite and dark. Because lies in a residential area, i'm not sure how many people live in the society, but why take risks. Go towards centeral chennai more, will take you longer to reach near vgp but better.

Absolutely loved this stay. We usually stay in a hotel during concerts and loved this place the most. The receptionist person was also very welcoming. It is a huge homestay type room and it felt cozy and homely. Would definitely stay here again. Holiday times it can get more expensive but if you're lucky, you can get it below 3k. Make sure you stay here!

location is good, on the ECR main road. quite approachable to VGP places nearby. food delivery also happens here from swiggy/zomato. if available, your family can easily get a two room combo as in 2bhk in case you are with 4 or more people. now the bad thing: an alive coackroach was found on the bed in broad light which made me sleep over the night with all lights on. that was not good. the staff didnt have anything like a Hit to remediate this. manager was kind enough to give us an extended checkout.

Realy nice and home like experience to stay when you are in Chennai, with all the basic facilities anyone could have, best option if you are looking for a week stay with or without family. But it looks expensive that it's worth. However, caretaker here is a nice person and renders a good service. Value for money.

WORST WORST WORST! Everything they mentioned is FAKE. They don't have WIFI, No TV, No swimming pool, No Private Beach, No Garden, the Worst parking ever, and No Balcony. There was a drainage leakage around the apartment. This is not a resort. It's a family apartment and not couple friendly. Room service is also the worst thing, not a clean bathroom, a broken door for bedroom (2 times I struck in the room and they came after 20 mins to unlock the room). Please don't book until they renovate or provide everything they mentioned. Totally not worth for this price.

i am a frequent traveller.i have never been to such hotel where the management dont care about the stayers..they promised for a superior room and gave an apartment..that too was ok for us but in one room AC was not working ..i have complained many times but no resolution ..break fast is not avaiable but when u go to dining are they will put it on you that u are late...and give u some only limited options..very unfriendly staff ..even 2 small water bottles are not complementary they charged it for 60INR per unit..provided with the room key after so much follow ups at reception..they even dont clean bathrooms ..check out time is 12 but they told us to leave by 8am as some other guest are arriving this is disgusting i will not suggest this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay..!! very horrible experience i must say

I dint have to pay 5 star rate to gain 5 star quality service. They provide amazing rooms with kitchenette, furnished better than most 5 star hotels in the city and is a complete value for money. They also have a great multi cuisine restaurant. My stay was really great and I would like to congratulate them for the service and politeness of the staff. Those looking for long stay affordable and fully furnished places to stay, I highly recommend this place.
