If you are visiting Chennai with a family and your arrival is nighttime pls avoid this hotel, no proper direction sign to hotel forms the gate. so you need on your own to figure out the way to hotel and do expect any reply to emails / msg from the property. Not responsible and genuine fake ratings dont fall into the trap.

Looks can be deceiving in an astonishing way! Le Grace is a great hotel to stay at, especially when you want to stay a night for your US VISA stamping / interview. THANK YOU, JOSEPH for taking good care of us during our stay!

All ratings are fake; don't trust the reviews. Very bad hotel. I paid Rs 2000 as an advance for something this cheap. I also had some bad experiences that I cannot post here. (Inappropriate people were seen at night.)

This is how the cleanness maintained here. After seeing this feedback also if someone wants to book this hotel. Please have some brain guys. You will get tiny super clean hotel than this. Please just hear ur partner in travel !

Worst experience not worth the money, bad smell rooms, there is no key for locking the room while going out. Since they r not returning advance i was forced to stay. Never book if u r coming with family. Dont believe google rating, they have made fake ratings to boost it. Kindly read all the reviews by persons. To the owners instead of paying for fake ratings, improve the room quality, no one with sane mind will ever re stay in ur place.

Avoid the stay at this hotel for your own good. Had a really bad experience! I couldn't tolerate the bad smell when they opened the room door. I requested for another room but they convinced me staying there by spraying some room freshener. AC was working but the room temperature hasn't gone down a bit and it started leaking (not sure if it was due to the rain) so I had to turn it off. As others mentioned, the reviews are definitely fake and don't choose this hotel just by looking at the ratings. The hotel is located at the exit of the metro stop and that's the only good thing about it.

Good location. Manager was really good and helpful. Value for money.

The room was adequate and the room was spotlessly clean..The bed was incredibly comfortable.The staff was friendly and helpful..!!
