Worst experience i have planned to stay with my family in this place so i have booked 2 rooms on 15 january 2025 but while checking in they have told that one room lock is not working everytime we have to call reception to open the door everytime *Room also was not clean bathroom closets been damaged and not proper to use in both the rooms *so i decide not to stay there so i have asked about my advance money still now they have not refunded it No proper response for refund *worst maintanence *Dont prefer to stay there near by good hotels are there to stay

The worst experience ever. Have been to many hotels but this was the worst experience. The night person in charge (kumar,annathurai) around 40 to 50 age,kind of bald ,fpwheatish skin complexion, such a rude person ,doesn't even know to talk to customers. Our room ac had diff remote and inspirte of asking multiple times the remote wasn't changed. Garbage was overfull and after calling reception it wasn't changed for 4 hours. The person in morningshift were very nice and polite. The rooms are very small for the price. Would recommend not to take up rooms in this hotel. Worst experience because of kumar.

Near to tambaram railway station,walkable distance only... Very cosy and neatly maintained hotel with ac rooms... We booked three rooms there... But they not given complimentary breakfast there... Overall very much satisfied...

Room was not clean. Room smells bad. No clean bed sheets. No proper maintenance. Room mat was not washed. Algae in the tap. Very poor experience.

They are cheated the bill copy. They charged extra Actually I was staying 24hrs package, I have planned to continue the stay extra 3hrs. They charged an extra 560 I'm also ready to pay. But they gave the bill copy 2bills one bill check in timing check out timing mentioned 27hrs the amount is Rs.2462 tax bill. Additionally one more bill given just 3mts charges 560 rupees.. Dear management, Kindly look into this.

The worst. Never ever try this hotel !!!!! Booked a room in person through a friend and paid a days' rent in advance. When I reached the hotel in the morning after an overnights travel, the person in charge and the room boy (man!!) cooly said that the room had been given to another person who had my name. I know it was a lie and after heated arguments room was given. Poor AC, super slow water, damp walls invited me into a relatively small room. I vacated the room by afternoon but in spite of that there was.no regret from the hotel. Anyway they got the days money!!!
