Layalee Grande Hotel Chennai

Food in the restaurant was decent, the rest of the hotel is below average! The lift wasn't working for the 2-3 days we were there....and we did not see any attempts at repair !. The staircase was dusty and carpets stained.... rooms were allright!

Celebrated my son's first birthday party here. Cordial staff , nice ambience and special mention to food - Outstanding! My heartfelt thanks to Noushad sir for taking care of all the arrangements. Bijesh sir and his team coordinated with us the entire event and were attentive. Such a friendly team. Overall it was a very positive experience for our family. Highly recommend

The Ac hall in the basement is a fantastic one. But even the basic sound system is pathetic. Event managing team referred by the hotel do not live up to their word. Absolutely no quality of service and customers are compelled to settle down for substandard decorations and services.

Pathetic service and staff is not bothered about your queries , there was huge noise coming from outside ,I told him to change the room , staff response is like what can I do and he never came back ...

Property is good. Facilities were not Ok. Room TV was not in working condition. Washroom was not spacious. They didn't provide disposable terry slippers.

Stupid hotel money. Won't allow couples online.. They can book offline at double the price.. The hotel isn't worth the money also.. Dirt marks all over the room walls and tidy blankets

Charged price, promised aminites does not match only. I stayed here for 4 nights and all those days breakfast was served to room which they bought from street vendor stating less guests so no buffet. They don't even have tooth brush and disgusting smell inside the rooms and corridors. No cleaning only. Reception staff is at next level and says that visitors are not allowed. So worst experience.

Will not recommend this place to anyone. Unhygienic and not maintained. Lights don't work, shower is not clean, lot of mosquitoes and AC does not work. Floor is dirty, carpet smells. Lot of road traffic noise.
