Lance 21 Premium Serviced Apartments

The property is in a prime location, providing easy access to shops and other essential services. Even for online deliveries, it takes just 10 to 15 minutes during busy hours, which is convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Lance 21 did not honour the booking commitment and played a cheap trick for booking an extra room. Initial booking for 2 rooms with 7 guests included extra beds but was not honoured by them. They asked us to pay for extra bed at 1500+gst each and asked us to book an extra room altogether. The guest that had come after us were also tricked by the hotel to pay for extra room. They even lied about having a 2 bedroom suite which could have solved the issue but they mentioned that it was not available whereas 401 and 402 rooms were available with them. Unprofessional behavior

Definitely worth the stay. It is located on the hotspot area. Restaurants are near by. As mentioned it was premium we stayed here for one night and the breakfast was good and they maintained cleanliness. Please do maintain this.

I recently stayed at Lance 21 Luxury Serviced Apartments in Ashok Nagar for 4 days with my family, including a 2-month-old infant, in a 2-bedroom apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the spacious and clean setup of the apartment. It was well-furnished, providing a homely yet luxurious feel, and included a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials in perfect working condition--kettle, microwave, induction stove, and bar fridge. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive; a special thanks to Uma and Sakthi at the front office, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. One pleasant surprise was the breakfast buffet included in our stay--it was fresh, varied, and truly enjoyable. Another highlight was the prime location. Almost everything we needed was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets, the metro station, and a bus stop. Overall, our experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend Lance 21 for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Chennai.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The rooms are clean with good connectivity to city. The staff are courteous and go out of way to please you.

We had the best stay here. The staff is extremely Accommodating out here and they are very helpful. Also Navin the staff manager is great at coordinating and helping us with our needs. We stayed here for more than a month and will keep coming again.

Rooms are very nice & excellent to stay & staff is very polite. Morning breakfast with 6 to 7 items of menu & taste is also very good. Also only breakfast is available in Lance 21 & for Lunch & dinner nearby 4 veg restaurants are available including saravana bhavan, Geetham Veg, Aachi Veg restaurant, A2B near in Metro station, nei idli sambar & one more restaurant near to this. Very nice place to stay for vegetarians. For connectivity Ashok nagar metro station is very near, walakable & T nagar also 3 to 4 Kms good place for shopping. Totally Excellant area ,& rooms to stay. I have stayed in Chennai Lance 21 for 3 days , writing this with my personal experience.
