KLM Residence

The place is very good to stay with family and friends. The caretaker cleaned the house very nicely and we could find a good homely place on our arrival there. The host is also very humble, responsive and friendly. We didn't face any issue there. The check-in and check-out was smooth. The society is peaceful and feels safe. I recommend this place if you are planning to stay at a homely environment.

Please install mosquito nets on all window panels and entrance doors. Apartment from that feels like home.Nice kitchen, hall, bedroom and washroom. Furniture is good, blankets are neat.

Stayed for 14 Days in July, 2023 with my family. We had happy and pleasant home stay with good supporting people in and around. It is like Home away from Home for the family visits to Chennai. In walkable distance, we can get vegetables, fruits, water, milk, dosa flour, & grocery items. All cooking utensils with gas stove is already available to cook and have our own style food. Easy to connect to Chromepet Railway Station/Bus Stand with Mini Bus and Auto services nearby. For Elders and Kids, Temple & Park spaces available nearby to spend good evening time. Overall, we are happy with the home stay.

We had 1 week stay in KLM residency. It was quite ok for 1 week. Pros: The rooms are filled with all the basic furnishing. Owner is very cooperative and there is a lady who will be supporting with our issues. Cons: This is little bit inside with difficult access to local transport. There are a lot of cows and dogs which are roaming in the roads. So we should be careful with our kids. Parking available is for bikes but if we have cars then it should be parked with the gate open.

For a family stay it's the perfect place . Moreover, for children it gives an ample place for accommodation, you will never get in hotels. The place is a little remote only but ola , uber will sort out this issue. Overall experience is good.

Highly unprofessional. I booked from MakeMyTrip after which I got a WhatsApp message with video of a room on a terrace. This was at a completely different location from the one I had booked. On asking I was told - "due to the unavoidable situation we are changing the room" ! This booking spoiled my trip and I had to change my plans, I did not even go there as it looked terrible. No refund from MMT provided as well. I am sharing this as I have no doubt he is doing this to other customers as well.

Best place for the Long stays. Located away from the city. Hospitality is amazing. Very well maintained. It is as same as home. We feel that we stay at home with the Luxury. Newly painted, absolute peaceful area. It is the entire apartment for the guest to stay with fully furnished furnitures. And Muthu is the Great Host, congratulations for the well maintenance and made stay Happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
