We booked the banquet hall for our son 1st birthday party. From the day we visited their banquet manager Geetha madam was very hospitable and gave us good deal. Most importantly on the function day the food was really good and our guests all appreciated the quality and taste of the dinner. Geetha madam also made sure she was near the buffet and guided our guests properly and gave concession (no charges) for children when they took small plates. They provided a complimentary room near the banquet hall which really helped us to groom our baby and have some rest time in between. To be frank we visited couple of other places near Guindy and Velachery 100 feet road and all do not have good car park and this location was very calm and our guests could use ample park space near by hotel without any disturbances. I would definitely recommend this for the quality of food and cost effectiveness for the service they provide compared to others nearby.

Absolutely the Worst Experience - Avoid This Place! I would give zero stars if I could. This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. First of all, the staff were incredibly rude and unresponsive - not helpful at all, and their attitude made everything worse. The rooms were in horrible condition. The air conditioning barely worked, and there was a constant bad odor that made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. It felt like the rooms hadn't been cleaned or maintained in a long time. To make matters worse, the lift was not functioning properly. Guests had to struggle up and down the stairs, some even elderly, which was completely unacceptable. What's even more shocking is that they seemed to have turned the lift off on purpose! There was no proper explanation or support provided. If you're thinking of having a celebration, party, or any kind of event here - DON'T. This is the worst possible venue you could choose. Everything from the service to the facilities was a huge letdown. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

We booked the banquet hall for our family get-together. From the time of booking till the end, Geetha ma'am was very supportive and made all the arrangements and it was top- notch. The quality of food was very good. Highly recommend.

Today we attend a reception in this hotel. No care for parking area. Nobody there to guide. After entering the lift is not working. As I am a 60 year old man climbing all the way the fourth floor. Front office staff staff is not responding properly. Very bitter experience. May be this is my first and last visit to this hotel. Can't recommend to others.

We recently hosted a farewell celebration at [Heights rooftop, Klase Hotel], and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured every detail was taken care of. The service was prompt and professional throughout the event. Special thanks to the event coordinator ( Anu mam and Geetha mam) for being so accommodating and encouraging to our farewell to a grand celebration one. We truly appreciate their hospitality and would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion.

I was visiting Chennai after a long time with my family for a couple of days and chose Klase for it's location. The rooms were well maintained, clean. Service was excellent and hotel staff very courteous. Definitely recommend.

Absolute rip off for the ambience and food. Visited Roof top resturant - very very bad food taste, 1 roti cost 100rs. Except for starter soup none of the food was even normal standard after having Spent . Please do not go by reviews, have someone visit this place before you go there.To top it up we had mosquito bites, only after complaining they arranged for a fan. Think about it if we have to pay 2k in advance just to get seated in a restaurant for the old cabana and a single candle.

Food served is fresh tastes excellent. Be it Dragon chicken, Fish curry , Mutton briyani all served hot and fresh. Anu - welcomed us with a warm heart and the way she served was too good. She Served us with a smile.
