I had the opportunity to attend church services, and I chose this place as it was the closest option available. I stayed there with my spouse and our two little ones. It was a serene and secure environment, peaceful except for the joyful energy of my spirited toddlers. Overall, my family found it to be a comfortable and budget-friendly choice, making our time together enjoyable despite the occasional playful chaos.

I lived in Kingsland Hospitality for 21 days during Feb/Mar 2025. It was a pleasant stay with good hospitality. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning and large attached washroom. Cost is very affordable and it is located in a prime, serene locality of Little Mount. It is my first visit to Chennai but did not find any hardships whatsoever. Kingsland Hospitality homestay made me feel like home away from home. The support staff at Kingsland Hospitality looked after me very well and provided me good quality home cooked food. Owner of this facility Mr. Ramesh is available for any support. Mr. Ramesh has maintained this homestay efficiently and the aesthetics of this house are truly traditional. It will be my pleasure to recommend this homestay to anyone who need it. It will be my preferred destination whenever I return to Chennai. I am signing off from Kingsland Hospitality with immense gratification and complete satisfaction. Sincere thanks once again to Mr. Ramesh and his support staff.

One of the worst homestays, zero maintanance. Broken windows in rooms , no proper locks for doors, no lock for bathtubs, ACs not working properly. They dont even provide packaged drinking water. Please avoid this stay and look for some other options . They do not have parking Facilities too. Not worth 2500 per day.

I prefer staying in such places instead of hotel. You get a homely feeling, yet there is no shortage of facilities. The USP of this place is the location - in the heart of city, yet with peaceful surroundings. The owner and caretaker are quite helpful. I'll choose this place for my next Chennai visit.

A very silent and calm neighbourhood, easily accessible to all the main areas in the city. Has very good public transport access (metro and bus terminal in walking distance). Owner has a very good knowledge on how to treat customer and making sure they are enjoying the property. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Will recommend it for people looking for rooms around that area.

Whenever i visit chennai. I stay here. Nice place. Caretaker and owner are very sweet and caring. I always tell owner to give me the same room in which i stay every time and he gives me that. Overall must stay

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It's a huge bungalow in a quiet locality, just behind an iconic monument, the church of Our Lady of Health. The place is sanctified by St Thomas who meditated and preached from there from 68 to 72 AD. Our host offered us a much bigger room than what we booked at no extra cost. You have the whole house to stretch yourself. The Steward was very polite and helpful. I will recommend this place without any reservations.

The property was in the Centre of the city, easily accessible from all roads nearby, rails as well..Inspite it's very silent. The locality was a decent family area, close to little mount St. Thomas church. Mr.Ramesh readily attends any concerns. They provide pure water, Free wifi, coffee/Tea whenever u need, though they have committed anything. The property is in the flash of CCTV cameras and safe. It's in one word, " affordable excellence"
