KGL Grand Hotel

Please avoid booking this hotel. Our experience was very disappointing. The person at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. * The room was not cleaned before check-in. * There was no room service available. * The telephone in the room wasn't working. * When we tried reaching out for help, the receptionist was indifferent and showed a completely arrogant attitude. It almost felt like he had no interest in running the hotel properly -- as if he wanted to drive customers away and harm the business.

On enquiry beforehand itself, the staff at the billing counter confirmed that geyser was available and no problem in getting hot water in the rooms.But we being senior citizens were shocked to notice the unavailability of hot water in the bathroom after occupying the rooms.When asked about this they assured it would be available early morning. We waited and waited. Later they said it was under repair ; later suggested to avail the bathroom in the adjacent empty room.They didn't arrange to provide the same to our room by bringing the hot water in buckets from the adjacent room.We suffered due to this in that cold season having paid Rs.2500 per room and lost our precious time and our schedule. Such was our experience on trusting their assurance.Their attitude was so careless. So be vigilant,makkalae.These people are not trustworthy.

Great stay for my guests. I had booked the entire building for my wedding at PSB. The manager was super courteous and offered good deals. The room was quite comfortable for my guests. I don't think it had food services in 2022, but things change. Overall this was the better place back then to stay for those getting themselves married at PSB. Cheers on your wedding/stay!

Rooms are average...Since it's a bit old building.... Reception is worst....U will never get correct information.....But location is better....

The hotel looks decent from the outside, but it was amazing to stay in. Rooms are comfortable and cozy with a clean washroom. The service was nice and the host was helpful too. Location is a bit far from beach but stay was very nice.

Very greedy, rude, unreasonable and unprofessional staff. The staff said we get complimentary water bottle in the room only at 5 pm since we checked in at 5pm while our payment was already done and our time started at 12. This drama just to force us to buy extra water bottles from them. The rooms looked clean but something bit my infact and she developed blisters . The quilt was thin and not enough. The fan was faulty.

1. Pretty decent hotel place 2. Clean and safe rooms 3. During night times bar music sounds are little disturbing apart from that the hotel is good 4. Having proper parking space but open space.
