Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Katti-Ma, Chennai

I had a wonderful 15-day stay at Keys Kattima! The care and hospitality provided by the staff were truly exceptional, making me feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch -- the fitness centre was well-equipped, the laundry service was convenient, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety every morning. A special mention to the server men and women who were always warm, attentive, and professional, adding a personal touch to each meal. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience -- highly recommended!

A classy business class Hotel near Tidel Park . Though a small Property , the maintenance is extremely good , as far as the rooms and corridors are concerned. Pros - Rooms are spacious , contemporary and clean - Bathroom was very clean - western closet was sparkling - Toiletries - Liquid soap , Shampoo , Lotion are in dispensers and are of good quality. - Two 1 litre drinking water bottles were provided - Bed and Bedding were very clean , spotless and comfortable . Mattress was plush and cozy - Electric kettle with Tea / Coffee / Milk Powder / Sugar sachets were provided - Ceramic cups were of premium quality - A small electronic locker for storing valuables - The Lobby is small to seat about 8 persons but couches are comfortable - Clothesline in the Bathroom is very thoughtful - Towels were spotless and smelled nice Cons - The major drawback is that there is no valet service . The Parking is underground and is difficult for guests who don't have drivers . Underground parking lot is in poor condition . -No shoeshine provided - The tariff is definitely on the higher side especially as there seems to be only a handful of personnel. Cost cutting ?? - The Security personnel helped us bring our luggage to our room , whereas it's the job of Room Service staff . But for these drawbacks which can be rectified , would have given 5 Stars

Lovely place. Good restaurant and great service. Great customer service. Great place for a family. The room is spacious and the room service is excellent. I was recommend ed by a friend of mine. This is good hotel to stay and less expensive for the kind of service

Very good hotel, comfortable to stay here, nice breakfast & dinner. At Reception, Jyothi was quite helpful. I would staying at this hotel again when visiting Chennai next time. Hope to be coming back again because I had a comfortable stay here.
