Had a wonderful stay at Kansone Hotel And Banquets! The location is extremely convenient, just a short distance from Chennai Airport, which made our travel stress-free. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and very hygienic throughout. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, especially the reception team who made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for families and holiday stays. Great value for money and truly a child-friendly place!

Good hotel but they are not able to maintain it will. A complementary breakfast was not served to a child of 5 years. They never attend your table and not even water is provided in the restaurant. Two to three variety of breakfasts served in a single plate at a time which were not warm enough to be consumed they never bother to attend the table and ask for any orders etc it's highly waste to go for a complementary breakfast. Rooms are clean and tidy. It's near to the airport

It was a cosy stay with worth every penny. The room was clean. Wifi works. I had a nice stay with prompt room service. The location is very convenient to the airport. It hardly take 5 mins to reach airport. Definite recommended.

Absolutely horrible experience! This hotel is a complete scam, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it at all costs. From the moment we arrived, we realized it's a nightmare. The reception staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, setting the tone for the entire stay. The rooms were filthy, with an unbearable stench that made it impossible to stay there comfortably. despite raising concerns about the cleanliness and the awful condition of the rooms, they refused to provide any a resolution. Please, for your own sake, NEVER book this hotel, no matter how tempting it seems. Stay far away!

On the first day of our stay, we went for breakfast but were told the food was already finished. When we asked, the explanation was that the people who arrived earlier had eaten more than expected. Shouldn't the food be prepared based on the number of guests staying..? On the following days, the breakfast is fixed with no option to customize and each serving takes about 30 minutes. Plates were not provided, which was unexpected. Also, Visitors are not allowed after 10 pm - it would have been helpful to know this earlier. A few adjustments could really make stay more comfortable.

Good location if you have a early morning flight out The reception staff were good The room was poor. No new pillow cover, no towel, table was not clean, bathroom was in sad shape, very hard water, no hot water in the morning. Had to ask for everything. Certainly not coming back here.

Had a 1 day transit stay with family and 2kids. Rooms were neat n tidy, well decorated and spacious. Washrooms well maintained. Reception staffs were very good and helpful even at odd hours.

Absolutely Horrible Experience. I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and i was travelling with my 5 month old baby. I don't usually write reviews, but my experience at Kans One Hotel, Chennai, was so horrendous that I feel obligated to warn others. Let's start with the biggest issue--the rooms were completely infested with red ants and mosquitoes. I'm not talking about a stray insect here or there. The ants were everywhere--on the bed, under the mattress, on the pillows, in the cupboards, on the tables--literally everywhere. I was traveling with my 5-month-old baby, and the thought of him getting bitten all night was terrifying. We immediately escalated the issue to MakeMyTrip, who claimed they spoke to the hotel manager. The manager supposedly assured them that housekeeping would take care of it. Guess what? No one came. No one even called. After waiting endlessly, I had to personally call the manager again before someone finally showed up. And when they did? They just did a superficial wipe-down. Within a couple of hours, the ants were back in full force. It is now midnight, and I can't sleep because I have to keep watch over my baby to make sure he doesn't get bitten. We requested a room change, but the hotel flat-out refused, claiming they were "fully booked." That was an obvious lie--the place looked practically empty. They just didn't care. If the pest infestation wasn't bad enough, let's talk about the horrible service: * We ordered tea and coffee at 6:30 PM. The restaurant said they would "check and call back." No call came. When we followed up at 7:00 PM, we were told the "master" was not around, so tea/coffee wouldn't be possible for 20 minutes. Finally, after yet another follow-up, it arrived half an hour later. * A little later, my father wanted tea. This time, they simply said "Tea is not available." A hotel that doesn't serve tea in room service? Unbelievable. * For lunch we asked if we could order from outside as there was limited items available in their restaurant. The reception said yes, but here's the catch--if you order from outside, they refuse to provide plates or cutlery. So basically, you either eat what little (if anything) the hotel has to offer or starve. The fact that I had to endure this with a 5-month-old baby just makes it all the more unacceptable. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Do yourself a favor--stay far, far away from Kans One Hotel.
