The hotel is located in a prime location near the bus stand, just 1km away, so you can either walk or book an auto. The rooms are pretty much clean and well maintained bathroom pipes compared with other hotels nearby as far as I have stayed. I loved the politeness of the receptionist and their staff and they have partnered the kitchen too. I stayed with my family it was an absolute pleasure. I would recommend a little more maintenance in the room and floors. The rest of the things are fantastic for the money, book room from MMT or from their website.

Very poor customer service. Requested for early checkin and early checkout, owner simply rejected and mentioned he would charge additionally 1000rs for the same. We planned for same day checkout(total stay duration would be less than 12hrs) still charging 1000rs is really not acceptable. Owner provided lame reason that house keeping service won't be available after 6PM. I'm hearing this 1st time in a 3star hotel. Room is also not clean and not upto the standards. Only positive here is location. I will never visit or recommend anyone this hotel.

We booked rooms in bulk for marriage function at Sree Varaaham hall in Sep-24. The +ve's: - Very convenient for marriage party to stay - They allow 3 people per room without extra charges - Very clear rules to follow The improvement areas: - Some rooms need maintenance with water heater and flooring. We had 13 rooms and one guest checked out at 1pm. Initially they were going to detect Rs1000 from the deposit. However when i approached the front office manager Mr Sivadas he was very much customer oriented and spoke to his manager and got the waiver and they did not charge. The hotel will do great if they have customer friendly manager like Sivadas and some quick repair works to some of the rooms. Overall pleasant experience.

Worst experience with reservation and checking at this hotel. We prebooked and paid online for 4 rooms for marriage function nearby.. via goibibo and have the proper invoice for the same.. While checking in, the person at the reception asked us to pay more if not the rooms cannot be occupied. The complete payment was already done but the hotel management team asked for extra payment and was very rude to the guests. We went with kids and babies and we waited for more than 2 hours. Those guys are trying to cheat and they assumed that we will pay as we don't have other options with kids. My family members argued with the person on call who claimed to be the owner and he was quite rude and doesn't know how to speak to guests. We finally looked for another place and moved and asked him to refund after few police conversations. PLEASE DONT BOOK A ROOM HERE! VERY WORST EXPERIENCE

My relatives had stayed for 5 days, they had came for work purpose and I recommended this hotel as it is nearer to site and got good rating. They have came from Sri Lanka and they need to buy some things and I ordered. They will collect when they are available in hotel but if they are not hotel reception should help them getting that, but they refused and have shouted at my relatives as well which is not good. Previously they used to stay in Layalee hotel which they haven't faced any issues like this. Hotel reception staff asked my relatives whether this is a hotel or lodge. So based on hotel or lodge only you will decide to help people? If you are a 3 star hotel you will ditch people? We are not staying for free, we paid. You have no rights to question us. Or you should have mentioned in guidelines that reception will not accept deliveries so that we could have chosen another hotel. We paid you 3273 per day and rooms also not that much good. But offline you are charging 3800 without breakfast and 4200 with breakfast which is too much. My relatives have seen a nearby hotel which is 2500 per day and it's better than yours. For this much cost service you are providing is worst in the market. Rajesh - How sweet you are? I amazed that you are concerned about your guests. Wow! If you are more concerned about your guests, why instead of saying "Dear Customer, as delivery person has placed your products all over the floor, could you please make sure this doesn't happen again as we are looking after other guests as well?", why did he questioned us in brutal manner?, since you are more concerned about your guests. Who has taught business to you? I want to meet that person. Because business doesn't work like this. By the way congrats you are a business man but you cannot be successful with this attitude. I can see how you replied to your previous unsatisfied customers. I believe me I also expected the same from you. And your receptionist, did he delivered our products to our room? As you mentioned him as delivery person. He doesn't even valued to be receptionist. I would suggest you increment the salary of your receptionist and hope he doesn't take it from you as he is more concerned about your property. And it hurts when I say this, you are not capable to run hotel business man. Also, don't you think this is too much money for a hotel like this? Also, who gave this hotel a 3 star, hope he hasn't seen a 3 star hotel in his life. Please do a regular maintenance and improve the infrastructure and interior works. And one more thing, even the delivery person is asking us who suggested you this property. He said that you are paying 4000 per day and they don't even take the orders in reception. Hope he feared about the receptionist and kept it on floor and left. And Rajesh, one suggestion we are in fast moving world and most of us don't go out and buy things, and we order online to save time. They ordered because they don't have time to go out and buy and you must value your customers. Almost all the hotels are accepting deliveries in reception, some even have storage rooms where they will keep the deliveries. I suggest you go out and check other hotels how they are handling this and treating their customers. Everyone can learn, hope you learn. And I'm also sorry, I strongly refuse your reply statement. Oh, you mentioned him as front desk manager, receptionist fits well.
