Comments during my stay: I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the breakfast was good and a few staff members were courteous, several key aspects of the stay were unacceptable. The front office manager displayed unprofessional behavior, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Such conduct from someone in a leadership position is concerning and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. The room itself did not meet the standards expected for the price charged. It resembled more of a basic lodge in terms of quality and presentation. The bathroom had a constant stinky odor, was awkwardly designed, and lacked basic convenience and hygiene. Cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the room were below expectations. Given the high tariff, the overall value for money was extremely poor. It's evident that there is a serious lack of proper staff training, maintenance, and overall hospitality standards. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. There was a small wifi issue but even that was rectified after sometime. South Indian food in the breakfast buffet can be improved. Others in the buffet are really good

The hotel is conveniently located near the Koyambedu bus stand, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Unlike the bustling streets of T Nagar, the surrounding area is relatively calm with narrow streets. The rooms are comfortable, and I was particularly impressed with the room service, which was consistently responsive throughout our 5-day stay. The reception staff were also attentive and efficient. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options. However, one significant drawback was the inflexibility in their breakfast policies. They do not allow food to be taken to the rooms. On a couple of occasions, I requested to take a few breakfast items to the room for my kids, as they typically wake up late, but the staff only allowed it once and refused thereafter. On another day, after attending a late-night movie, we missed the breakfast closing time at 10 am. By few minutes When we inquired at the restaurant about any possible food options, they declined and suggested ordering (at an additional cost) through room service, despite the fact that our package, costing nearly Rs. 8,000 per night for the family, included breakfast. The primary issue with the hotel is their rigid breakfast management, which neither accommodates late breakfast requests (just by few minutes) nor provides flexibility for serving children in the room. This aspect of their service could use significant improvement.

Booked a room for a night stay in this hotel via Agoda. The room was not of any 3 star standards at all and definitelt not worth Rs.5000/- per night. The room was mold infected and the maintenance of the property is very much required. You will smell the mold as soon as you enter the room and the property itself. Service was average and staff were courteous. Very convenient location. Better check for other options.
