Very good rooms but bath rooms are small as water we bath coming out to room. Service was good but no service for morning coffee. Excellent taste restaurant food items mainly non veg items. Don't expect complimentary breakfast like other hotels.

One of the best stay that I have explored in the recent past. Would like to specially thank and appreciate Antony in the reception for his positive attitude and customer support. The Amenities are really good and definitely you can give a try if you are looking for a budget friendly stay with hygiene rooms. Best part is near( 50m) to Perungudi bus stop.

Rooms are very clean and booking through phone went smooth. The rent also very affordable in this location. Very polite reception and helpful.

We stayed here for around 9 days. Rooms were clean & neat but there was some foul odor in the bathroom. Housekeeping was not proactive in cleaning and changing bedsheets. Had to request multiple times. Complimentary breakfast was limited quantity but sufficient . It was provided from outside & menu consists of Idli, vada, 1 variety rice , sambhar, chutney & tea. The best part was the in house restaurant. Tasty, fresh & flavourful food but menu lacks traditional Tamil food . Receptionist anna should smile more often .

Rooms are not clean. There is no parking facility for cars!

Very very worst behaviour from the front office guy.... No telecom to communicate with them,...no water glass but kettle, frequently gone power ...TV is there but no cable recharged, , , asked for iron box, came after a longtime saying don't know where it is...worst experience from the guys as they gave more business they ignore or don't know the value of customer service or satisfaction.....

Well maintained rooms, interior design is very good, last time room service is ok, but not cleaned liquor bottles is in cupboard, and condom is there.

I have booked Triple room by calling them through phone. They confirmed the booking also. but when I checked in they said someone have booked that triple room through online and I have to give it to them else they will raise complaint. I was with my parents and my kid. Thatswhy we blocked triple room they have not even asked me as a request. they simply said we cant give it to you. our first preference is online booking only. what I am asking is if you have confirmed my booking then you have to close the online booking right for that specific room. how can you simply open the online booking for the same room. and the guy who was in the reception was very rude. I was travelled a long way with my 2 year old kid and my old parents on that day. we havent had lunch also.. Even he is not ready to hear me.. he just went with the online booking guest to show the room when I am talking to him. Is this way to treat the customers? They should learn what is hospitality and hot to treat the customer if you are doing this business.. Worst worst experience I have never had with any of the hotels previously.
