Its excellent spot for catchup during break times and the food is so good!! It will make you come back again and again!!. Special mention to gowri ma'am for her hospitality!! And the quality of gesture she provides along with the food!! I really love this place!! :))

Pros:The hotel offers a tasty breakfast, well-maintained and clean rooms, and a convenient location.Cons:This hotel feels more geared toward business travelers than families. Some amenities that are typically complimentary at other hotels come with additional charges here. For instance, we requested an early check-in just two hours ahead of the standard time, but it wasn't offered without a fee. Basic toiletries were also limited -- only a dental kit, a very small bottle of shampoo, and a small bar of soap were provided -- and guests had to specifically request anything additional. In my view, essentials should be made available proactively, especially depending on the type of guest. Additionally, only a few staff members appeared genuinely enthusiastic about attending to guests, which affected the overall experience.Overall, this hotel may be better suited for business travelers whose expenses are covered by their companies. For families or individual travelers paying out of pocket, it may not offer the best value. Since I am not a person who would like to bargain for chargeables (that are free in other hotels) or keep calling front desk for items not provided, I did not feel particularly welcomed during my stay. So, I would go back to this hotel for its pros but, would consider an alternative that are more flexible in what they offer.

Exceptionally good room, service, and hospitality. I almost forgot to mention the bar and the rooftop restaurant on the property. All rooms are AC and breakfast included! Very big local market within walking distance including city bus line. If you ever stay here, don't miss chance to visit Murugam Idli!

Seems to be New hotel. Very neat and clean. I went there to attend a conference. Conference hall was good and dinner was good. No idea about the rooms. Ample parking area. Seems to be budget hotel.

Nice place to stay. I had been for a business meet, good place. Value for money. Clean and neat rooms with good service.The rooms are clean and receive sunlight. They have good manpower to provide services, Their resto bar offers a variety of food and drinks

Fab place! I loved my stay here. Perfect hotel for those business trips. Location is great too, bang in the centre of the city. The staff is super sweet and helpful! Gonna stay here whenever I'm back in Chennai. Hope it remains the same and only gets better!!

Jaag Hotel offered a wonderful stay with spacious, elegant rooms and exceptional service. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile, even arranging a sandwich and fruits at 4:30 AM during checkout. Located in the heart of the city, it's quiet and peaceful, with beautiful restaurants on-site. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and great hospitality.

Hotel is situated in a comfortable central location. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but the rooms we stayed at were pretty small and felt congested. Ventilation could have been better. Personally I felt like there was no airflow in the rooms other than the AC. The restaurant was decent but not suitable for family dinners since they serve cocktails. Room service was good though.
