I stayed here on 4th Feb to 5th Feb 2025. Basically u can't get a hotel experience here, it's a serviced apartments in a residential quite area. Rooms are big, bathrooms will have few broken tiles , no hooks to hang your cloths, restroom windows are kept partially open mosquitoes enter thru this.... Beds r not comfortable, noisy when u move.... TV wifi speed is very slow, cable not available..... Breakfast will be offered within your room, but there is no dining table or chairs to sit and eat. I paid Rs. 3474 for 3 including breakfast. But I felt not worth the money spent. The staff were polite and helpful. I forgot my charger while check out...but the staff ran to ensure it is returned. Bathroom needs repair and they should not offer break fast as no dining table to sit and eat.

If you are looking stays for a group of people, you can go for Service Apartment- Itsy Hotel Mirra. Near to local railway station (can take an auto). Customer friendly staff Lift facilty is also available Brekfast is available from 8 AM, as it was prepared at different location, clarify the same while booking and adjust the rate in your booking fare.

It's basic hotel with clean rooms. But do not expect amenities as they do not provide any basic bathroom essentials like dental kit, body wash or shampoo. There are no basic room amenities such as coffee or tea and no water (should be bought). This is service apartment based, so the lock system is manual. Complimentary breakfast is provided which will be served to room not buffet kind. They do provide 2 varieties (dosa and idli) along with tea/coffee

This is an extremely basic hotel. While it shows a lot of promise, the hotel stay is far from pleasant. We were a family of four, staying in two rooms. The elevator is extremely narrow, the service is very slow as there are only two young boys running the show, and you have to ask for everything. They give you just one litre of drinking water per day. Anything more is chargeable. On our last night there, the power tripped, you can imagine the scenario during the Chennai summer, with mosquitoes all over the room. We had to run behind the hotel personnel to get the power running. I would recommend this place if you're travelling alone and just need a bed to crash in for a night. If it's a longer stay, with family, or friends, this place isn't it.

This is the worst place to stay. They denied early check-in. There is no common rest room available during the wait time. After many escalations they provided one wash room to get refresh while waiting for the check-in. That wash room looks never cleaned for many months. Really worst place and would not recommend to anyone even not worth for 1 star.

While rooms are spacious, the 2 boys handling the service/ reception, etc, are extremely rude. I had my guests complaining about their rude behaviour, they will provide only one tumbler and one coffee mug for one room with 2 occupants. Says can't provide even after repeated requests. Also they cut off the WiFi at night. They are pretty strange guys.

Beautiful stay...Big rooms with a decent balcony for some fresh air..more like a home ..even breakfast tasted good though limited..for this budget of 2000 plus this property is a good bet..Surely Mirra will be my first choice if I visit chennai next time ..
