This hotel is the worst hotel in all of chennai. First of all, the room was not neatly maintained, there was a cockroach infestation in our room which purely discomforted us to our maximum for 4 days. Also, the air conditioning in our room was leaking water which was purely annoying. Secondly, the service was very bad, as per before we could not sleep. Even so the staff turned off all lights for no reason and we had to fight for the lights we had to cuss on eachother just to get the lights on. Thirdly, the location was absurdly bad, the road leading to it was filled with cow dung and fish odor. Lastly, the food was very very very bad, 2 old ladies were making food and I felt bad for them because they need rest. Also, the food was very bad, they were giving sambar everyday. It didn't matter whether it was rice, roti or puri, they always gave sambar. Many people in our group were vegetarian so we had to confirm with the staff, still there were eggs in the noodles. That's all I want to say, I would never recommend this hotel.

The worst hotel in the entire universe it doesn't have proper food they are giving roti with sambar.there is no water we need money for water. The room was not cleaned very bad service and beating children for turning on the light at night.no sweets no nothing. The rooms do not look like in the photos . Do not go in this hotel ever. This hotel is a really bad choice and I hated it. First of all, there is no food choice and they have only idli vada sambar and chutney three times a day, once in a while they will make noodles. When they made the noodles, some of my friends were pure veg but we doubted it by the taste. So that day we asked them about it and they said it was veg only but afterwards when we saw the noodles packet that they were using, it was clearly written 'egg noddles' on it. Secondly, the toilet covers are broken. And the AC wouldn't work too. They don't even clean the rooms everyday and when we tell them to clean, they first will yell at you and then clean it. The caretakers also aren't too good. They only know the Tamil language. Next, if you stay up at night and make a little noise also, they will almost get to the point of hitting you and also use bad words. So this is my experience at this hotel and I posted so that others would also be safe.

This has been listed as three star hotel in Make my trip, I do not know how make my trip just puts up a hotel as 3 star without any investigation. We thought it being a 3 star hotel amenities will be provided, however there was no toiletries in washroom nor any bathrobe was provided as entered. We had to separately request for the same, during our 3 days stay it was mentioned to us housekeeping will come daily, however untill we called no one cared to ask us. Also when requested for bathrobe they started complaining you people took yesterday and today also you are asking. They expected us to use the same daily. Rating rooms as 3 as other amenities were neatly maintained.

First of all this should not be called a hotel. The services are not as other good hotels have. The room service team and other staff can't speak any other language than tamil (Common thing all over Tamil Nadu). They don't understand whatever you speak to them. Housekeeping and room service available only till 8pm, the staff tells they'll do the cleaning the next day. The breakfast is available at the terrace, 2 or 3 staff(old ladies) prepare the food. Mostly the food gets over by 9.30 am. Even if someone is having food at the table, they'll close the kitchen and nothing will be left available for sometime. They don't even care to ask if you need something!

I booked this hotel through Treebo, but the rate charged was double compared to booking directly with the hotel. The experience was disappointing overall: - The bathroom door lock was broken, and the floor was extremely slippery, posing a safety hazard. - No toiletries were provided, and the bedsheets were old and stained. - The complimentary breakfast was very limited and unappealing, with only idli and upma offered. - The hotel's location is inconvenient, situated at the dead end of a road, opposite a scrap shop. Not worth the price charged by Treebo. Would not recommend.

Nice room service, rooms are clean and neat, breakfast is also not so bad, 500 meters from the porur bus stop, Nice persons in reception can help at anytime.

Bad experience. Blood stains around bed sheets, pillow. Poor wifi connection. Hand wash not provided even after request. No room cleaning on daily basis.
