Recently stayed at hotel was neat and clean staff was good near by hotels and restaurants available thanks reception person

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They have no clue how to handle the guests. The rooms which are booked online and paid in advance were not available when we reached there. they had given our rooms for different guests and they were blaming each other within them. We booked triple occupancy room but they provided the smaller room with double occupancy. Even after frequent follow up for additional mattress they didn't provide it and they gave a bedsheet and tried to convince us that it is a mattress that they have and to adjust with that. The check in time is 2 p.m but rooms were not ready even at 5 p.m. we had to wait for them to arrange a smaller room and clean it for an hour. if you're planning to stay here with your family, it's better to avoid it. I'm surprised with the positive reviews in Google about this place. Kindly avoid this place.

It was really good experience while staying here. I will not think twice for staying here later on, if I have any needs. The room was really comfy and had really good facilities . The staff service was really appreciable.

There is no lift for the 4th floor. Poor service. Unhygienic washrooms. We asked for extra bed they gave the bedsheet. I couldn't recommend this place. Avoid booking this place just by seeing in google, better to go and check in person, book if it's up to your expectations.

Hotel was in good condition.well connected to the near by market.staff was friendly.the rooms are neat and clean

Please avoid to halt here. Very unhygine and clumsy environment. Very bad washrooms. No provision of lift at 4 floor. Rooms are dirty. It's better to explore other options nearby.
