ITC Grand Chola, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Chennai

We stayed for a night at ITC Grand Chola during our visit to Chennai. The Hotel is quite close to Chennai Airport, 15-20 minutes drive and is also conveniently located to access all part of the city.||The property is quite large, grand, and luxurious, looks more like a Palace than a Hotel. The entrance and the lobby are very tastefully decorated and very welcoming. The check in was smooth, but took a longer time than expected. ||The room which we had taken was clean and spacious with all the amenities which are required. The bathroom was huge with a bath tub and separate enclosures for toilet and shower. ||For dinner we ordered a Vegetable Biryani, which was a little disappointing. However, the morning Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. The spread was amazing and the taste was excellent. ||The staff were attentive, helpful and very welcoming. ||Overall, we did have a good stay.

I came here for a business event...|It was really an amazing experience to work in ITC grand Chola. The ambience was really very peaceful and it helped us to work nicely and specially the staffs are very well-behaved, and they're very helpful. Thank you at grand Alla for providing a good hospitality and service.

HAD A GOOD LEISURE TIME WITH GOOD DINNING VARIETIES. FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE ON MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY ITC HAS CELEBRATED IT WITH A CAKE TO OUR SURPRISE. THEY HAS SUTTLE AND MILD TASTE OF FOODS WITH WIDE RANGE OF DESSERTS. HOPE EVERYONE GETS ACHANCE TO HAVE DINING EXPERIENCE INITC GRAND CHOLA.

Breakfast is top-notch--you will not find a better one in the area. The hotel's restaurants are also some of the best around. The rooms are spacious and clean. I've traveled to various hotels around the world in my life, and I was very impressed with the ITS Grand Chola. This was my second time staying here, and I plan to come again.

Itc Grand Chola has made this mother's day really special to my family this year.||I was here with my mom to dine at mercara, it was truly dreamy, the ambiance the food the hospitality was truly up to the mark.||Will visit here soon again. loved it.||All should visit

Had lunch in caffe mercara with my friends ........and it was so nice the drinks and everything.....the hotel was also very huge and beautiful would love to come back again for dining.The staff were also very nice...and helpful and we had a great experience and moment

I came here with my family for for a lunch date it was very nice and Ooty more daily appreciate the staff behaviour and the hospitality the main thing the stars always used to personalize the every guess that I really want to mention and really nice and peaceful ambience
