I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iris Comfort Inn in Chennai, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, situated in a peaceful residential area that ensures a tranquil stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities, and the beds are notably comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The staff at Iris Comfort Inn are courteous and highly accommodating. The caretaker, Mr. Esakkiappan, deserves special mention for his outstanding service and hospitality, making guests feel truly at home. While the location is slightly removed from the main road, which contributes to its serene environment, transportation options are readily available, and the staff are always willing to assist with arrangements. Although there isn't an on-site dining area, the caretaker can arrange delicious home-cooked meals upon request, enhancing the homely atmosphere. Overall, Iris Comfort Inn offers excellent service at an affordable price point. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay in Chennai.

I and my mom stayed in this place. It was really comfortable , budget friendly and safe . I wud recommend to this women and for families. Two elderly men take care of this place and they are so polite and sweet. I had confusions earlier but once we entered the place it was so calm and we felt comfortable. Its a safe and rhe maintanence also is good.

Very nice and peaceful stay. Esaki sir and Raju sir took a very good care and their hospitality is fantastic. Felt at home being there at Iris home. Well maintained and neat rooms. Would love to come back again anytime.

Booked 5 rooms for a family trip of 10 pax and thoroughly liked our stay there. It felt more homely than regular hotels of course because it was ima house converted to a hotel. The staff are friendly and they speak Tamil, Hindi and English. The rooms come with standard amenities - AC, Double Bed, Fan, Cupboard, Table, Chair, Geyser, Towel and a complimentary soap. The lobby areas were spacious with sofas for sitting and talking with the visitor guests. We got complimentary morning tea and coffee. The only thing that could be improved is the lighting inside the rooms, they're somewhat dim.

We booked all 7 rooms for few days as we celebrated our family functions at Pallikaranai. Very safe place for ladies and families. Especially Mr. Esakiyappan & Mr. Kakkan all helped lot. Any time we requested coffee or tea or Milo, they served with smily face. Very clean and tidy. Especially superb bed frame, high class mattress and AC all perfect. Also all windows provided with nets to avoid mosquito entry. All room with AC and ceiling fans. Easily accessible from any place in Chennai. Also they locked main door from inside. So it's very safe for stay. Better than hotel stay. We decided to stay there whenever we visit Chennai. Also recommend to my circle of people. It was neat, tidy, clean and spacious rooms. AC, Water heater, Wi-fi all were available and working fine. Service was good. Tea, hot water, luggage carrying service was so good and on time. Hotel is morever stay in bungalow feel. One very beautiful ganesh idol is there which is carved in stone which brings from UK. I got to know as I enquired. Hospitality, help for taxi/cab booking, knowing bus stands and routes was very helpful.

First All, I would like to talk about the most important factor thats their hospitality service. Amazing is the only word to describe. The entire staff and manager were Extremely friendly, courteous yet very responsible about their duties. I was starting at around 4pm and reaching back post midnight at the property as per my travel plans. Every single time, the staff was there to help me. No hidden and extra charges at check out. Rooms were neat and clean. One small suggestion increase lighting. Overall I highly recommend it for a family stay.
