I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel again, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations once more! The staff's warm welcome, impeccable service, and attention to detail made my stay truly unforgettable. The rooms are tastefully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The amenities are top-notch, and the food is simply delicious. What truly sets this hotel apart is its commitment to excellence. 1. They don't have proper service / Process for booking. In online booking it shows Rs.736 but when we reach in hotel they are asking to pay double the cost Rs.1600+ 2. They are not allowing visitors even though if we do proper registration with visitors id proof. The guy who speaks with us is don't have proper knowledge and his way of speech is very attitude. 3. There is no drinking water in hotel but they have so many rules. 4. We felt like school when we entered into hotel. 5. I don't recommend this since there is no proper process. 6. No parking facility hence no use of booking this room. 7. Rooms are clean since it's new building. 8. Very slow wifi.

The receptionist is very helpful and very cool and the rooms were well maintained

I am staying here like 1 week....today my guests came here to meet me and they deny to let them come to my hotel room..I simply demanding owners number to contact him for all the things I am going through they simply denying to give me owners no....shame on these people...horrible experience.....It feels like we are outsiders....10 people are staying in a single hotel room...and my guests are coming for only 15 mins...they are simply denying and not even giving me hotel owners number....worst experience...

Room was very clean and receptionist was very friendly . All amenities are working well and good.
