great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good location, decent service and a hotel with small rooms. Even after booking a room with a queen size bed, I was denied and given a twin sharing room. Even after multiple requests I was told that the queen bed is not available, which doesn't make sense as my booking clearly mentioned Queen Bed. Why take a booking and not give the room and say it's a first come first serve basis.

Good hotel to stay in budget and very supportive staff. Even food is very delicious. Location is near to railway station and easy accessibility to local market also near by to Visa office in case anyone looking for hotels near by to Visa office.

Stayed at the IBIS at Chennai City Center for 2 nights during March 2025 What was good: 1. Quick and easy check in and out process, helpful and polite staff 2. Central location with easy accessibility to tourist places and malls 3. Clean and neat rooms with budget amenities and 24/7 room service What could be better: 1. The bathroom is tiny like an airplane lavatory, the floor of the shower closet is slippery so watch out 2. Rooms are quite small but good for a budget stay if you are using it to mostly sleep 3. Room service is quite overpriced and quality of food was average

I stayed here for 2 days. Hotel is in a prime location and the service is nice, thanks to Anjali for taking care of us during the breakfast and other staff who were courteous and helpful . However the hotel itself isn't great and don't feel it is worth the price. Very small and old rooms and bathroom, inside the room it smells a little wet. And They offer a consulate shared drop but it is one way and the drop is only for interview not for biometric centre.

They gives a warm and calm service while we eat... the food also really good...and the rooms are good...... i like the staf service especially Anjali and Dimpy gives a nice service with beautiful smile.....and happy to visit here.....
