Hotel Yadvik

Very worst service! Staff are very rude! We booked for 21 people in booking app! When we went to the hotel, they simply told that rooms are sold out! Even after showing the ticket confirmation they were very rude ! I have formally requested booking app to remove their hotel from the list! If you consider this hotel cheap and book it, there will be more surprises for you, which you will definitely regret

People in this hotel are mannerless. I had booked room for one day full day through MMT. They had given it to someone else. When I reached their in night (11:00 pm) to stay, they started fighting without accepting and said me to call make my trip customer care. They are not responsible for this. And after I started arguing, he started saying this is Tamil Nadu. You can not do anything and after that he started speaking in Tamil knowingly.

Worst experience ever in Chennai. The staff were extremely unprofessional and did not know how to communicate properly. The person who claimed to be the manager didn't even know English. The rooms were not cleaned properly . Dirty is an understatement. There were several cockroaches everywhere even in the room and all kinds of bugs. There was also a foul smell in all the rooms we checked. The toilet was also not hygienic.

The rooms does not justify the price. The hotel has no proper service. Washroom was outside room in the balcony. Seen the hotel staff fighting with the guests over key loss.

Please please go here. I booked only because of it's looks nearest to airport but after reaching only I know it's far from airport with worst road. And important thing is they not giving promised rooms. I booked 2 rooms price of 3.6K and reached room at evening 4pm but they gave one room and said no rooms available now so wait til evening for another room. No towels provided and when we asked they said all goods went laundry still not received so no towels. Room boy worst behavior I have ever seen. When we in the hurry burry drop out room partner to airport that time useless room asking our room key. We said we'll come again and our things inside room but he rude with us to give room keys. We do not have time to fight with them so gave our keys with them. Toilets not so good. And not maintained so well. Only they did the promised thing is Ac working in rooms. Finally I'm telling pease go for another room and please do not go for this. Or else it's your wish to loss ur money.

Worst experience ever! Booked a room for my parents for 2 days. They easily took the booking. But on checkin day they're saying they cannot given for 2nd day because hotel is fully booked. What's the point of taking the booking then?? All visitors KINDLY AVOID THIS HOTEL BECAUSE YOU'LL BE LEFT HELPLESS ON THE STREET SEARCHING FOR A ROOM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The hotel was smelly. The wash room water was in yellow color and has the smell of the drainage water. Very unpleasant stay. Could not even do face wash. Will not recommend to anyone.

Good and neat rooms.. The management staffs were available even after late hours.. The staff named Bharath was very kind and nice.. overall a nice experience over here
