Hotel Sunshine Residency Chennai

I love this place very much. Staying here for almost 10 years. I feel safe like staying at my home. They keep the rooms clean and neat. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mainly I stay here because of the friendly nature of front desk staffs JP and Udhay. Apart from this , it's located in the centre of the city. Food, transport everything is easily accessible 24/7. We cannot find a best Hotel like this in this cost anywhere in this City.

It was a nice stay at this place. Clean and peaceful hotel with friendly and humble staff. We went to Chennai for medical purpose and the hotel management also provided a discount as we told them that we were there for medical treatment. I personally want to appreciate them for this. I recommend to stay at this hotel. All the essential shops and eateries are available around this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 12 days and no one came to clean the room for 12days.They did not exchange the clothes and my towel for five days. There is no response when calling.The bed sheet has all kinds of stains on it, when I asked them it was just oil stain, they didn't give me any kind of cloth change. A d bedsheet was holed by cleaning staff and asked me to pay 5000 in rude manner please don't go

I feel comfortable like my home very safe place women. Everything is fine. Stayed with my family. The staff's are very friendly and helpful.

The Residency has a clean and neat rooms with good customer service , they are so friendly to customers . Walking distance has Mall and Metro station and Bus stops and has a good hotel near the residency . Budget friendly for staying. A/C are working in good condition.

The room were clean,and the location was perfect.so helpful and friendly.they made our stay even comfortable.

If service had a 7 star option, then I'd have given 7 stars. The people are too great to describe in words, you just have to come and stay here and find out for yourselves. I've been to many hotels, but their level of warmth and care is just beyond words. They just won't let you have any issue while staying here. And on top of these the rooms are very well maintained and neat and clean. Room service is great. So if you're looking for budget hotels in Chennai, this could be the best option for you.

Decent family accommodation at affordable price. Good hotel I stayed 2 days service is good and frndly staffs.
