Hotel Sunpark Inn Poongavanapuram

It was a great experience staying in Hotel Sunpark Inn. Especially, Mr. Dhanasekar, Hotel manager was so friendly and helpful. Plus all the staffs working there was so helpful also. We as a family stayed there for 6 days and it was so nice experience. Hotel manager offered us rented 2 wheeler at a reasonable cost as well. I really thank the management for the arrangements.

I loved the days I stayed here. Pretty comfortable location from the airport and the two main railway stations. The cherry on the top has been the gracious demeanour of the hotel manager. It just makes your stay that extra bit better. Highly recommended.

Great experience staying at hotel. The receptionist especially, is a very warm person and a great host and very welcoming. He is multilingual, and can speak Hindi, English, Tamil, telugu, Malayalam, marathi, and maybe more.... He is knowledgeable and knows whereabouts of the city. So me being Marathi, had no issues in the stay and got local guidance and information about the city as well. The rates are reasonable and affordable. I would recommend the hotel to everyone, can stay with family, single or couple. Location is close to MGR Central station and 10 min walk distance.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sunpark Inn, located at No. 18, Cuddappa Rangiah Street, Periamet, Park Town, Chennai - and I had a great experience! The room service was excellent, and the rooms were well-cleaned and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the hotel staff - they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure all our needs were clearly heard and fulfilled. A special mention to Mr. Dhanasekar, the manager of the hotel - he was extremely courteous, professional, and ensured a comfortable stay for us. His personal attention and warm demeanor made a big difference. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Chennai.

It was a great experience for me at the Sunpark Inn. Great location. Great service. 24 hours check-out. Mr. Dhanasekhar, Manager, is a great personality with good humour and great hospitality. He is a helpful resource if you are visiting Chennai for the first time. He guides you with every helpful suggestions. Sunpark inn is a 3-star hotel and great for families to stay. You will get a better price if you call the hotel directly, instead of booking online. The hotel's number can be found in google, call them and ask for Dhanasekhar, he will give you the best price. There are also many food joints around the hotel. Walkable max 5 minutes for a biryani joint.

Very disappointed with the reception service. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. He shouted at me and showed no courtesy to guests. Completely unprofessional behavior, not what you expect from a hospitality service. Definitely not recommending this place to others...worst experience ever had.

Hospitality was superb and hotel came homely fee.Rooms are well maintained and clean. Rent is so flexible Totally a very good hotel

Room number 303 not recommending for stay for this tarrif.. average room and we have to bath without locking the door , coz the door can't close properly. Looks like a old room modified ..
