Hotel SRM Grands

We recently stayed at Hotel SRM Grands and had a pleasant experience overall. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the manager's flexibility with our check-in and check-out timings made our stay even more convenient. Their willingness to accommodate our schedule was truly appreciated. However, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms. While the amenities were adequate fulfilling all our needs, the mattress quality can be enhanced. Despite this, the excellent service and responsiveness of the staff made our stay comfortable. We look forward to visiting again and hope to see improvements in this area.

A decent Hotel with an restaurant, small Party halls, a Bar and decent rooms. The rooms are small but are neat and clean. Located just on the 100ft road - kolathur. Overall the Service is good. It has a Limited car Parking facility and is easily approachable location and moreover there are no other decent hotels nearby. Food quality and tastes good and also nominal cost.

Ok, but for the hall and buffet for the party, food is not up to price. Will not serve unlimited. Will tell you food is coming after first top up like fish finger items

Hotel staff are very cooperative. They are very gentleman. I will suggest you if you are traveling from pune, it's good place for accommodation. You can stay here with your family. Only the WiFI service is not working. You can use your own Internet.

Customer service by hindi speaking staff was very poor, had a bad experience. When called room service for food they never turned up & restaurant was closed, ended up with empty stomach. They need to improve in all aspect.
