Hotel SRI VALLI PARK

It was worst experience of staying in srivalli hotel, not recommended to anyone.. I would have provide minus rating if available. Staff behaviour was very rude, they don't understand hindi and English as well. After so many request they are not able to provide me a clean towel. Bathroom never be cleaned, if anyone wants to experience the worst thing they can stay here.... Even after so many days of my travel, I still get a bad dream of hotel srivalli.. On my very first day of check inn.. hotel reception welcome me with 500 ml of Bisleri water.. When ask for additional bottle, he rudely said I will get only one. In the name of breakfast they provide coupon.. which can be redeem at the restaurant.. The restaurant was very dirty, and person who serving food didn't bath for years.. You will feel the smell and dirtiness.. I wish never visit that hotel in my life

We went in person to enquire about the party Hall on a Saturday, there was a rude person in the reception, half bald and short. Wish I knew his name. Whatever question is asked, he answers rudely like 'that's how it is', 'Bring food from outside', he just wants us to leave and has no intention to bring in customers. Not everyone talks back and shouts as we have some humanity and educated. We were interested in booking the hall, just bcs of his behavior, we decided not to. Worst experience.

Stayed here for a night. AC was not working after we have unpacked our bags. They offered to change the room but its was too late as we had to pack again to shift. The TV in the room did not have any channels to watch. The bed was king size and comfortable. No place to keep bags although they have a closet and a desk with 2 chairs and a round table. The washroom shower water pressure is not there. There is a distinct smell in the washroom all the time. No decent toiletries provided and the towels are old. Its a good property with a management who is unable to maintain the hotel well. Inside secure open parking is available. Restaurant closes at 10 pm. Breakfast is ok. Food in the restaurant is also ok. Hotel management is not cooperative.

Rooms are average, Location is a bit tricky as it's hard for us to enter and exit as it's near a signal which is packed with traffic most of the time. Security guards are unprofessional and have no proper parking. Management has to train the guards on how to behave with the customers.
