It's not a good hotel. The room size is okay but not clean. You often have to request the cleaning staff more than two or three times before they will clean the room. The beds are very average and the bedsheets are quite dirty. They took 30 minutes to find one clean bedsheet. In the bathroom, the water quality is not good, and the water pressure is very slow. You need more than five minutes to fill an average bucket. The shaver doesn't work with that pressure, the geyser is also not working, and even if you complain, they still don't fix it. Look like people using this hotel only for drinking and smoking. If you one the window you will see lots of smokes items.

The rooms are good except for the bed. The bed cover was dirty and we asked to change. But all the bed covers are the same. It's not clean and torn. Bedsheets are also in the same condition. Not clean and neat.

This is a very average hotel. The rooms are OK to stay if you are a bahelor. Its a complete NO for a family. The AC in the room I stayed was leaking. You can see cockroaches. If they can improve on the cleaniness and pest control it would be great. The only good thing about this place is the location, its on the main road and close to the IT park. Also we get good eataries around.

Great location and rooms are clean. I would suggest you to book rooms by making call to hotel as they give flexible check in and check out timings. Need to take care of TV and AC maintaince as they are not working properly.

Rooms were decent enough for the price we pay. Location is very much easy accessible from bus stop. Room service boys will providing fake bills if you ask them to buy food. Instead one can go to the near by street where we have multiple restaurants.

Rooms were good, but maintenance and service is very bad.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during November 2023 end. Let me start with what I liked about this place. 1. The place is conveniently located on the OMR Service road and is easilly accessibile by road. 2. The hotel though small in size looks neat. 3. There is a restaurant below the hotel which serves good Non-vegetarian food (more of mutton and chicken) Let me now come to areas which I found lacking or need improvement 1. The water in the bath room had a foul smell like gutter water. When I complained at the reception, they told me that the rain water had entered the underground tank. This is totally unacceptable and hence I deducted one star from the rating. 2. From the 2nd day onwards, the WiFi signal dropped and it was never restored. WiFi in a city hotel is a must and I had to use my mobile data. Hence I have deducted one star from the rating. 3. The linen provided was dirty, especially the towels were so dirty I couldn't use them and had to use my own hand towel. 4. For the first 2 days the room was not cleaned and the linen/toiletries were not replaced inspite of handing over the keys at the reception and asking for room cleaning. Only on the 3rd day, the room was cleaned and linen/toiletries replaced. 5. The AC in the room was leaking. Though I complained, no one rectified it. For point 3, 4 and 5, I deducted one star from the rating. Another important thing to note is that the hotel doesn't have parking. Its entrance opens bang on the service road. When my friend came to pick me up, he had to park his car nearly 100-150 meters away. Edit based on response from hotel management: My stay at the hotel was before the Chennai floods and issues sighted have nothing to do with the floods. I checked out on 1st December, while the heavy rainfall and flooding happened on 3rd and 4th December.

Suitable for short business visits, medium price, best for single occupancy or max 2. Better choice for Techies those who are looking for a short stay, when you are visiting any IT hubs near Sholinganallur, with a room rent around 1500. Fair rooms, cleanliness not bad, necessary compliments are there like soap, drinking water, breakfast (if you choose & menu will be South Indian). Not recommended for family holiday (though not much troubles, but definitely you might feel congestion if you are looking for a staycation spot with family)
